I found Kevin's computers and decided to give him a shot since he was only a few miles away. Kevin is a super nice guy, comes across very knowledgeable and honest. He presented to me a parts list and price which was right on par with what I expected based on the fact I was looking to build a high end system. Kevin was able to gather all of the components although because of our global situation, we are going through a chip shortage crisis. Kevin stayed in touch with plenty of progress updates during the build process. After having it delivered, I am super thrilled with the looks of the performance of my new liquid cooled beast of a system. I highly recommend you give him a call should you be in the market for a new computer system or repair the one you own!!

I search for a computer repair shop. I found my computer man. I called at 6:15 p.m. which was pretty late. Kevin called back within 10 minutes. He immediately went into solution mode. Over the phone! I was calling to find out where he was located and when I could come by the next day with my computer. But he wanted to try something over the phone to see if I could somehow get into the computer again. Unfortunately it did not work. He told me what was likely the issue and my options. He could have told me to come in and bring my PC and he could have tried to remove the hard drive and move my data over to another machine, etc. But he was very honest and said at this point, given the issue and the fact that the PC was over 5 years old the best thing to do would be to get a new PC. Honesty! I was very thankful to have reached Kevin. I feel like I got straight answers. He was friendly, showed concern, and was quick to call me back. Thank you Kevin! I would recommend this businesses.
