They have shown me twice now how above and beyond their service is. First time I came in to print a piece of digital artwork. They were so kind. Their prices were amazing. Their work was fast and best of all the quality was superb. More recently after inquiring with multiple printing companies about prices for my wedding invitations I gave Staples a try. They were behind on giving me a quote... without saying anything they reached out to ME and apologized. This really exceeded my expectations. The same cards were printed at a competitor and they looked so bad!!! I almost considered making a new invite. Thankfully I tried Staples.Here they looked amazing!! The price was better and the specialist here really knew what style of paper I should use. All the employees are so unbelievably kind here but Shasta is a true asset to this store. You hand out a lot of business cards. You get low on cards, KNOW you're low on cards, and keep handing them out anyway, until before you know it, you're down to just a few. Then, an event comes up at the last minute and you need a new stack of cards, PRONTO. I try not to let this happen too often, but when it does, I call Pioneer Printing & Graphics. They whip me up a fresh batch of cards in less than 3 hours, with no rush fee, and at an unbelievable price of $25 (plus tax) for 100 cards. The quality is nice, and Carrie is a pleasure to work with. Really - can you get any better than that? I never would have guessed that a local print shop would have such reasonable prices and turn-around times, but when you're so used to placing orders through VistaPrint or Moo, it's nice to do business with a print shop that's staffed and managed by real humans, who know what it's like to be on a deadline. Absolutely terrible. Said it would take 5-7 days to fix my phone's broken screen and cost $100…read more This was over six weeks ago. Typical repair scam. Excuses about how they got the wrong parts, didn't know they needed a part, needed me to pay more money, etc. I paid like a chump and waited. Now I discover they damaged my phone and it won't even power on! The owner refuses to take any ownership of the problem, first attempting to blame it on his intern and then actually insulted my face and saying that I brought them a brick and told them it only had a broken screen! I don't know what happened to my phone while it sat in their possession because they ordered the wrong parts, but it powered on and charged just fine when they got it. That's also the only damage they noted on my invoice when they initially took the item. I'm ready to sue these morons! If their estimate sounds too good to be true it's because it is. We came into town this week to teach a very important Aerospace Class in Orlando. We realized at 6:00 am Dec 12 we were missing some books.
