I needed a LiveScan for some school paperwork, but for some reason the PDF forms I had downloaded were not pre-populated with information necessary to complete the process. (It turned out that the issue was with my phone and not the PDFs themselves.) Through it all, Eric was very thoughtful and concerned with how he could help me get it sorted out.
