I made an appointment with Anthony two days ahead and he said we'd be good to go. They day and time comes and I call him to verify if he's still coming and he tells me he'll be there in about 45 minutes. An hour and a half goes by and he doesn't show so I call and he doesn't answer. It's getting late in the day and I'm soon to leave work so I text and still nothing. Called again in the evening still no answer. I text him the next day calling him out for what he did and he finally responded simply saying he "got busy". Pathetic excuse for not showing up after I confirmed with him again literally at the time he was due to show the day of! Anybody who isn't responsible enough to give out a simple communication to a customer can't be trusted to perform any work on your car. read more

I have been a customer for about a year now and I chose them because of the good reviews as well. They were doing excellent work but lately I have been trying to get ahold of Anthony for washes and he either schedules and no shows or will leave you on read for a week and then will respond. I'm not sure why he has been doing this as when I first started with him he was always on time or even early. If you can get him to show up he does a very good job. Since it's not been properly detailed in some time, the only saving grace is that we wash it and keep it garaged... but it needed a proper detail. I'm not going to lie, I watched them work a little on my surveillance cameras, and both of them did a fantastic job, working in 95 degree heat, in the sun, and every time I kept thinking they were done, they were giving another walk around the car looking for water spots or missed bird poop. Amazing job, attention to detail and timeliness. My car was really dirty from camping trips, beach trips, parking under a tree at work, snacking and spilled drinks. The seats in particular were really bad. I've spilled a LOT of drinks and had lots of leaky water bottles on them over time and the seats had huge water spots that kind of made this Venn diagram gradient effect of light and dark circles overlapping each other.
