They did an exceptional job on my windows as well as the ceramic coating. The car looked even better and newer than when I picked the vehicle up from the dealership. As for the tints, I got 20% on all windows and 75% on the windshield. My only regret is that I didn't realize having a lighter interior would make the tints look lighter, but that's my fault for not knowing. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Koosha was highly communicative throughout the whole process and the car came out really well. I appreciate that he even talked through some issues in the paint and provided some options on how best to handle them. At the beginning of this year I had a tree fall on our property that ended up scratching a lot of the passenger side of the vehicle. I took the car back to Koosha to get the coating redone since a door had to be repainted. Koosha went above and beyond in doing some additional paint correction. In the end the car left looking like new again. Can't recommend Koosha enough if you are shopping for an XPEL PPF/ceramic installer. Some good advice I have heard is shop for a good installer as opposed to a brand of film and Koosha is one of the best.

There was a small issue with the PPF on the front bumper--just a miscommunication more than anything--but they handled it exactly how you'd hope. As soon as I brought it up, they jumped on it right away and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness and accountability goes a long way. Nima was the one helping me throughout the process, and he was great to work with--very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, great experience. I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

I used to come to this tire repair shop many years ago, and back then I thought it was a very good…read moredeal. They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car
