I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Overall, this company lacks professionalism and can't admit to being wrong. Cya

I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. When she mentioned, "Oh yeah, we've done brake upgrades before!" I was genuinely excited. Her professionalism and friendly attitude immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Shortly after, Geoff made multiple attempts to connect with me and even carved time out of his busy schedule to walk through the specifics of the project. He patiently explained every detail and offered thoughtful, professional recommendations on equipment and pricing. It's clear he truly knows Mercedes-Benz inside and out -- his knowledge and passion really show. I brought my car in for a quick inspection, and we reviewed everything in person. With Geoff's guidance, I ultimately decided to move forward with OEM AMG brakes and parts. Every detail was thoroughly discussed, and we penciled in a date for the project. Had an appointment with Laura V. but she was with another customer so David, the host, sent me to see Simon C. Simon was professional and efficient. He got the paperwork done quickly while I waited in his office. They also had the loaner (a 2026 model with only 4000 miles!) waiting for me on the lot. The waiting room was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and well-stocked with snacks and beverages. Laura followed up later after I left. She also sent a video of my car to my husband phone, then mine, once the technician started to check the car in. Laura stayed in touch and updated on the status of the car, which was done by noon the next day. Pickup was smooth, and Laura pleasantly assisted throughout the whole process. I also wanted to thank David for his assistance and his pleasant demeanor. This dealership is first class and top notch on their service. My car was also washed and spotless when I picked it up. I bought a certified car from these folks that (unbeknownst to me) had $30,000 worth of pre…read moreexisting conditions and issues. it needed a Timing cover reseal Valve cover gaskets Cardan shaft Alternator Starter relay switch Replacement fuel pump as part of a recall an endless list of warranty repairs Before purchasing, I received documentation from the service manager, used car manager, and certifying Porsche technician that the car passed the 111 point CPO inspection and had no oil leaks or issues. I noticed after purchase issues immediately and brought the vehicle back to have them resolved. On three separate occasions when the car was in for service, I was assured that oil leaks were residual oil from previous repairs that had not been cleaned up. To protect them from any liabilities, they used this as an excuse to cover up their lies. The undercarriage was repeatedly detailed to hide the leaks, and the issues were never resolved. Between service and sales, the entire team was dishonest and disrespectful. I worked with Robert Fischer (sales), Maria Perez-Castillo (service manager), Anette (assistant service manager), Tim Tauber (general manager), Evan Lebrun (service advisor), & Simon Chen (service advisor). None of these individuals were transparent with me, and absolutely no one at this dealership made an effort to ensure that my Macan Turbo was up to CPO spec. I am disappointed with the outcome and how after 8 attempts, no one at the dealership made an effort to solve the problem to my satisfaction. On 6/23/2023 I proposed a solution to remedy my dissatisfaction. I have not received a satisfactory response. I am shocked that Porsche Newport Beach would be so short sided as to where they are more inclined to rip off their customers and the manufacturer on warranty work than operate in a truthful and respectful manner.

The car was cleaned very well, the people were super nice, the only thing I can say was concerning was what was inside. Inside the waiting area, they have a cat and an aquarium of fish. The cat was SO sweet (not a cat person at all) and it literally sat right next to me the entire time. The issue was I immediately noticed the cat was limping, so I checked it's paws (because it was relentlessly licking them) and they were SO BADLY OVERGROWN. one claw was missing in its paw, the others were so overgrown they were digging into the pad of the cats (axel) foot. I included photos. The aquarium was also really really dirty. I really liked this place and the prices are good but seeing the cat in that position bummed me out, and made me really not want to come there again. It was SO kind and cuddly, it just needs it's nails trimmed! They also had a husky dog outside, it was a puppy but seemed to be in good health, i'm just concerned about the cat. I was first referred to this business by my employer and now I get my car washed and detailed here EVERY time! Unfortunately, I treat my car horribly and the interior suffers for that. With commuting all over the place, I basically live out of my car. The detail work from Ed's is AMAZING!! I spent something like $40 for a detail that cost me over $200 at another place. The prices are SUPER affordable for what you receive. They are also very friendly and accommodating. Pricing was very competitive, and the level of customer service was on par with the Four Seasons -- attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on quality. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail was next-level. I also really appreciated Marco's guidance on ongoing care and maintenance to keep the car looking showroom-fresh. That kind of advice shows pride in the work and care for the customer long after the job is done. I can't recommend Marco and his team highly enough. Essentially they shampooed my seats 3 times. My car on the interior and exterior looks absolutely brand new! Their attention to detail is unmatched!! I am beyond glad that I tried these guys out. The prices are the best ive seen around Newport/costa mesa area and they do a great job inside and out. Chuy I believe is the gentleman in charge and he always goes above and beyond with any requests i have.
