I wanted to try a new cake place, so I asked Yelp to help me find a bakery. I was confused when I realized it was a donut shop but I walked in anyway and it was the best decision ever. I ordered a cake last minute and told the owner I didn't care how she decorated it. My mom loved flowers so regular old style flowers were fine. The vanilla cake was super moist and not too sweet. Mom has diabetes and it didn't even mess up her blood sugar. We did fresh strawberries and some pink mousse filling type stuff. Whipped topping. The donuts here are good, they'll definitely keep you coming back. They are the perfect combination of dough, without being dry or too doughy. Also, their glazes are really good and they put the perfect amount on top. Some places skimp so when you bite down it crumbles everywhere, but not this place! DOWNSIDE, they don't open til 7am, which in my option is late for a donut shop. But they DO accept cards - and don't charge a fee for using one! My family and I have developed such a great relationship with this bakery! The owner knows us by name and always knows exactly how old my children are turning and even their names!! The baker Sofia has never disappointed me. Each time she gets better and better. This past Saturday was my daughters baby shower "Sunflower" theme. So many wonderful things about this shop. Sofia is so helpful and creative when ordering cakes. She will tell you what will work and what won't all while accomplishing everything you ask for. For example, we asked for a tie dye cake with the colors red and gold. Sofia explained that the outcome might look like fire instead of tie dye. When we picked it up, it was exactly what we envisioned. The cake is moist and flavorful and the strawberry filling is delicious. I was surprised by how vibrant the edible images are compared to other shops. The donuts and frappuccinos are also great. If you need to kickstart your day, the iced coffee is very strong. The only reason I took a star off is because of the large layers in the cake. However, this is not a deal breaker and I will continue to order from here. read more

We went in, the cake decorator was not there so we spoke to who i believe is the mother, she got our contact info and said to text her daughter who is the cake decorator and that she would get back to us. I called, texted, emailed and even sent messages on Facebook which were seen but never responded. Every time I called I would get an excuse of being too busy and not being able to answer my questions, i get that people can be busy but come on, it's a business, how do you turn away customers? They told me over the phone on Thursday to email them, which I had done already, and that they will get back to me Tuesday. Well it took about 2 weeks for them to call me back. By then it's a week before my event and I wasn't going to sit around waiting for them to call me. We came here because of all the great reviews, drove about 45 minutes to get there and it was all for nothing. The woman we spoke to was polite but maybe they need all the workers to be able to answer questions or else they will keep losing business. Very unprofessional. read more

I sent them an idea i had for what i wanted later spoke with a woman there (so sorry i can't remember names) who helped me fine tune my idea and even suggested some added details. I paid over the phone and the price was so good for the amount i was ordering. When I went to pick up my order everything was done and someone helped us right away.
