Horrible quality of requested service and customer service! Save your money and go elsewhere, I was told I had an oil leak which I was already aware of from my last 3 oil changes I did myself. However I did not have the tools this time around and went to them to get my oil simply changed. Before that service my truck would last over 3-4k miles before even being close to running out of oil and not even 2 weeks and under 500 miles, ALL THE OIL WAS GONE!! When I went to see what could be done, I was told even before they assessed the truck that it could be a faulty oil filter that I bought brand new from autozone, trying to deflect responsibility. If you know someone who has experience changing oil or even someone with no experience or knowledge, I highly recommend having them do the oil change for you instead of these people. Sign says 125 hourly labor rate , they took 40 minutes to fix but was charged 225 for labor rate . When I asked about the charge all they said was "yeah we just go by the system." After telling me that they could help with my flood damaged vehicle, I had it towed there (at my expense) and now after 3 days of not hearing from them I call only to find out that they don't work on Volvos. Why didn't they say that in the beginning? The receptionist was rude and kept repeating herself and their communication is horrible. This morning I took my car to One Stop Auto . I asked if they could adjust my clutch pedal. Because when I start my car I need to press my Clutch 4or 5 times before the car start. I was told that the pedal doesn't need adjusting, without them even checking. An hour they called me and said they need to replace a Valve cover gasket and a Clutch Switch. The bill was $398. Two hours later they told me my car was ready. After paying $398. I got in my car pressed the Clutch. The car didn't start. After five try's the car started. I went back into the office. Told them I have the same problem. A different mechanic tried to start after 4 trying it started. Again I told him I only needed an adjustment. Said I would have done it myself but at my age I can't do it. He adjusted the pedal now it works. I wonder what they did for $400. I am upset. Will have to find a new auto repair place read more

After having had multiple autos repaired here over the past few years, there is no other repair place that I will go to. Their costs are reasonable, and work is great. Do they get it right every time? No, but they always make it right. Is it slightly inconvenient to do that? Yes it is, but if I spent the next 2 hours recalling the many horror stories I have had to endure at other repair places (independent shops, dealerships, etc.), none are even in the same ball park as One Stop Auto Care. read more

This was years ago, so keep it in mind. But I went because my truck was overheating, they said it was my radiator and the coolant lines, I paid something like $900 for the full repair and my truck overheated the next day. They did not even check the thermostat and I replaced it myself. I will never go back to this place read more

Update: just went in for a rough idle. They couldn't find the problem, because there's no check engine and it wasn't doing it when it was there, and nothing visual is wrong. They could've made stuff up and charged for a bunch of stuff. Nope. They couldn't find anything so they didn't even charge for the inspection! This place is fantastic! So far everything has been great here. Couple smogs, but I'm gonna start trying them for oil changes, transmission flush, etc. More reviews coming. Wanted to comment so far cuz they are real quick, cheap, and nice people. read more

This shop is great! I've brought my car in multiple times - smog check, oil change, timing belt replacement, and belt tensioner replacement - and I have had no problems at all. The employees are nice and helpful, and they always get the job done in a timely fashion - and they get it done right. In a case there a loose bolt or something sound sounds out of place with the fix then they take a look at it and re-fix it up, no charge. Bottom line, these guys know what they are doing! Looked at precision tune and jiffy lube. Not exactly what I was looking for. Went to One Stop Auto Care they told me 20 minutes before they could work on my car. The others were 1 hour to 45 minutes. They actually got to my car in less than 10 minutes. I was there for an oil change and was actually out in about 15 minutes. The work order called for a higher amount than the actual charge since my car only took 4 quarts instead of 5. Prices are the most reasonable in town and they seem professional. That's where I am going the next time i need my car serviced. I was very happy with the work performed. read more

The employees are nice and the service is great, but their oil change service caught me off guard. I always go with the Synthetic Blend when I do an oil change. When they were closed on the day I needed one, I called other places and apparently with Synthetic Blend you can change the oil after every 5,000 miles. My family and I have been going to One Stop Auto Care for at least 8 years and we've been changing our oil every 3,000 miles because that's what they write on the sticker they post on your window. After doing more research online, I've read that this 3,000mile suggestion is "a marketing tactic that dealers use to get you into the service bay on a regular basis. Unless you go to the drag strip on weekends, you don't need it." However, after speaking to the owner he said the 3,000mile is just a suggestion and that if it was his car he would change it every 3,000miles. It would have been nice to know about this earlier, more like 8 years later. I've wasted a lot of money, time, and good oil for the past 8 years. read more
