It was nice to meet him but I'd rather him just be a good businessman and a good mechanic instead of being a crook and finding out he's took people's money over and over again and screwed people around I don't know how he sleeps with himself at night but whatever he seemed to be very nice to me and my wife but never gave us a quote or a price until it was almost finished and then everything was inflated and after I got my bill found out that he double-billed me for a bunch of things and that was super honest with him and super communicative I guess he just doesn't care for taking care of people like he thinks he's doing he's taking advantage of people and feeling his pocket I won't be returning so just enjoy the parts that you have of mine Carlos and the money that I gave you for that really nice tip and all the stuff that you double build me the extra money I guess you need it more than I do. You're in my prayers buddy God bless you sorry for the bad review but unfortunately you did not take care of me.

The sales experience was awful, especially being new to the area. I responded to an online ad and…read morewas contacted by someone I assumed was a salesperson. When I arrived at the store and notified him I was there, he immediately handed me off to another salesperson without much introduction. The second salesperson jumped straight into discussing a trade-in. I told him I did not want to trade in my motorcycle. Right after that, he handed me a credit application. I told him he was moving too fast because I wanted to explore my options first. Although I liked the first Slingshot I saw in the showroom, I knew there were other models posted online at different store locations, and I wanted to compare them. He did not pressure me aggressively, but his attitude came across as, "What's the problem?" Yes, I was interested in purchasing one, but I wanted options and something that fit within my budget. He then told me they would need to run a hard credit pull for each vehicle I wanted to consider. To me, that was a concern because hard inquiries can impact a credit score. He never really went over the machine, its features, or what I was looking for. His main focus seemed to be getting me to fill out the application rather than understanding my needs and budget. Then another individual approached me without introducing himself. Based on my experience, I could tell he was the finance manager because he already had my application in hand. Again, there was no proper introduction. He simply presented numbers such as the out-the-door price, down payment, APR, and monthly payment. He also stated that another credit pull would not impact my score since I had already been approved through the manufacturer's bank. That contradicted what the salesperson previously told me, so the salesperson was at least partially incorrect. When I told the finance manager the payments were too high and outside my budget, he went back and returned with different numbers, but they were still higher than what I could afford. I explained that I needed time to think about it and discuss it with my wife, especially since it was already approaching closing time. As I was leaving, the second salesperson approached me again and asked for my decision. I told him the same thing -- that I needed time to think about it. He said he would contact me the next business day, which would have been Tuesday, but he never called. Overall, the experience lacked customer service, hospitality, professionalism, and communication. It honestly felt like they did not value or want my business.

WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!!…read more I called for an out-the-door quote on a KLX300 listed for $5,106. After the $250 military rebate, the bike should've been $4,856. The quote I got? $7,800. That's $2,994 in taxes, title, registration, and dealership fees--meaning only 45.6% of what I'm paying is actually for the bike. To put it in perspective, using the same math, a $20,000 motorcycle from this dealership would end up costing $30,880. Taxes alone are only $303--so where's the rest coming from? The only reason this isn't zero stars is that Sebastian, the guy who answered the phone, was polite and helpful. Ridiculous!!!

Now that Mike has turned it over to Little Mike, they now refuse to put anything together. Little Mike's wife claims that "Mike is the only one here now", which is not true. This shop needs to be shut down! NOW parts are missing from it, plus some damage to the truck. THEY ARE THEIVES AND I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY DOGS! They claim to be "Christian" yet they can't do the "Christian thing to do" and owe up to their mistakes and put the truck back together. Everything was original. I wonder how many parts they took off the truck and sold them for parts because they needed the money.... Written 6/7/2023: Auto MD had my husband's friend's truck for over 6 years. So I went out on a limb and brought her to Mike: he diagnosed 2 issues, repaired one on the spot, and we ordered the dead electronics component to remedy the second one from Honda. But even without this missing part, the bike has been starting without fail since. Woohoo! Success! Just 1 hour to solve an issue that had been plaguing me for days and promised to be gnarly and costly... Good move and time well invested. Mike and his son Mikie are my new mechanics.
