Great place! Lovely atmosphere and quick service! The food is delicious! The gyoza is nice and crispy and comes with a yummy dipping sauce. The ramen is fantastic. A bowl is very filling. I really recommend trying the one that has fried chicken in it. I also add in some minced garlic and it's amazing.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday around noon and we were able to get a table right away. Casual place with a decent amount of seating. Service was friendly and fast. I decided to try the soft shell crab bao buns, as well as three kinds of Tamaki: Tsunami - salmon, tuna, avocado, mango, spring mix Dancing Eel - avocado, cucumber, eel and masago Salmon Tar Tar - salmon, avocado, mango, cucumber, masago Everything was very good! I thought the price point was fair and enjoyed being able to try a variety of items. They also have ramen, noodle and rice dishes. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

Not a traditional Easter dinner, but we were really happy! The restaurant looked closed, so we were really happy to find that they were open! We were greeted and seated right away! We chose Pork Chashu buns and takoyaki to split as appetizers. Both were excellent choices! The buns were so pillowy and soft, and the tender pork and sauce perfection! The takoyaki also were also soft and delicious, as well as piping hot! It was a beautiful dish. My daughter said the broth in her black garlic ramen was so savory and the dish was just an umami bomb! She was satisfied and happy! I got a tuna and salmon salad and it was light and fresh. I had really wanted some sushi flavors without all the rice, and this checked the box for me! This place is dangerously close to my house! We plan to eat here often! Not only was the food awesome, but the service as well. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress because she was a gem! Excellent and friendly service!

We are visiting Salt Lake to ski and have been craving ramen. We saw this place had good reviews and decided to give it a try! We came at 5pm on a Friday night and they weren't busy. Service was good, we were seated promptly and didn't have to wait long for our food. They have some great combo deals that are really affordable--I got a 3-piece gyoza and ramen combo for $17! The gyoza were perfectly fried on the bottoms. I went with the spicy tonkotsu for my ramen choice which was really good! I enjoyed the spicy broth, it had a nice kick but wasn't too spicy to eat. Not overly salty like other reviews mentioned. Generous servings of noodles, pork, and toppings. I even had some left over that I took togo! Not the best ramen I've had which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, but it was still a solid experience!

My partner and I chose a new ramen place to check out! The restaurant had upbeat music and was very well lit with a lot of windows, always an added bonus. We were greeted right away, seated and given two menus. One for regular pricing and their specials, which honestly had deals you couldn't pas. I'm not sure if it was because it was Memorial Day, but we were the only table in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes. A plus for me, as it meant no wait! I ordered the deal "Gyoza + Any Ramen for $16" and my partner ordered the same. My ramen choice was the Spicy Tonkotsu. The dish had decent flavor, although it tasted as if it were missing something and the noodles were a tad overdone. I was not asked what meat I wanted, however was satisfied with what the server brought. Our Gyoza came out within 5 minutes and the ramen shortly after. They nailed it with quick service! Although I would have preferred to enjoy my appetizer before being served my dish right away. Overall, the presentation was enjoyable and ultimately, I would go back to try again.

Delicious noodles. Cute murals. Good service. What more do we need on a lazy weeknight! The udon are better than the yakisoba though. Would come back!!

Stopped in for a family dinner and we all left very happy! Fast casual but high-quality food. Clean, fun restaurant and the service is friendly and prompt. Food comes out quickly. The teriyaki chicken plate and the yakisoba were solid and delicious. The tonkotsu ramen was good but I felt the broth lacked that last dimension of flavor and it wasn't my favorite place to get ramen. I'll order something else when I come again. The prices are a little high for a casual restaurant but I think every restaurant has raised prices so I get it. I am glad for a good Asian option south of Fort Union and glad to have tried ONE. Will be happy to try their new location in Holladay as well.

We were excited to visit One Noodle Bar in Sandy. Unfortunately, the Roman was just OK.

Ambiance: Very friendly atmosphere, nothing fancy but a great place to go with friends. Very casual but not very big so if you're trying to go with a big group of people I would call ahead to just make sure you can get seating. Service was great that food came out very fast and it was warm. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. Food: The gyoza was very good and the saucy was link a tangy soy sauce and it was super good for sure a great little snack before dinner. The duck boa bun was super good an the bun was so soft and fluffy I wish it came with more than two but it was hundred percent worth getting. Finally the ramen was good I would not say the best I ever had but for Utah it was pretty good the noodles tasted pretty good and the broth had lots a flavor too it; I tried the tonkatsu.

One noodle bar is fantastic! They did a great job on their Instagram marketing because my husband would send me pictures almost daily until we finally went. The food tastes as good as it looks The beef yakiudon was packed with rich flavor. Ramen cooked perfectly with a beautiful soft boiled egg. The buns were soft and fresh.

5 star does excite great expectations from this ramen shop and it was okay. The crispy rice tuna was super nicely presented but hard to find the tuna bits while overwhelmed with quite big block of rice. My miso broth was extremely salty, I seriously considered to dilute it with some hot water. And thinking if it's chicken katsu it would be better than karaage since the latter is a bit on the dry side.

Very clean and the servers were very attentive! The tamaki tasted fresh, we got the salmon tar tar and spicy tuna. We enjoyed the tonkutsu garlic, it was flavorful but didn't feel too rich which was a plus. I probably wouldn't get the spicy miso wonton again, the broth and wontons were just okay.

For $17 we got the bun & noodle combo, what a steal! The food was yummy and staff was soo friendly. Sad to see it was empty on a Friday night, I hope they get more customers soon.

It was good on a hungry day. I don't like when Ramen digs smell like a can of bamboo shoots.

I saw that they offer a non-spicy tonkotsu and a spicy karai ramen, which looked like a spicy tonkotsu, but it had ground pork instead of chashu. I asked to see if I could sub the ground pork for chashu but was told they don't do that. Instead I got the regular tonkotsu and asked for spice on the side, which came as a spice rack. My bf got the shoyu ramen. We both agreed we wished the noodles were a little different (they're a little smaller/thinner than we were expecting), but the flavor of the broth was good, I liked the bamboo and black fungus, and the soft boiled egg was DELISH. I'd be curious to try the spicy karai next time. And I know this is so silly/weird to say, but their water was so good, it needed its own shout-out! I probably drank more water than I had all day in one sitting (and that's on top of all the ramen broth I was drinking!). Honestly, I usually hate drinking water, but it was so good here that I GUZZLED it, and my bf and I both liked it so much, we chugged whatever was left in our cups down before going home! Ambiance is warm, casual, plenty of half booth seats. Service was super attentive (my water glass never got less than half full), and the check and leftover boxes came quickly, as soon as we needed them. I was impressed with how on top of it they were! I'm so used to having to wait a long time or wave someone down for a to-go box or the check, but that was definitely not the case here. Overall, would be interested in trying again! And my bf and I joked about asking for a cup of water to go next time haha.
