When shopping here, Pejman and the staff were all very nice. The selection of new watches is great to look at, along with a smaller selection of fantastic vintage watches. There is also a small assortment of affordable rings, necklaces, and pendants. Pejman fixed my watch up great. I've bought a Citizen and a Casio here, and both times I got great service. When buying, I got better than what I thought was a fair deal. My boyfriend works outta town and couldn't actually come in and get it sized, they helped me figure out how to measure. When I brought it in dropped it off it was a couple days before Christmas, I was nervous it wouldn't be done in time, he called me an hour later to pick it up! Super fast! This place is the shadiest, I take my watch in that I bought from in the mall which they are no longer at , they charge for service not asked for and not done . All I asked for is band pin and to set timing. They charge $40.00. Never again to these shady people read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I bought my watch there after being told their prices were competitive with other stores and online. I am an idiot to believe them. I was charged $140 for a watch that I repeatedly found online for $70! That is completely ridiculous. I do not know how the owners sleep at night... Then I attempt to return my watch. To my dismay, I would not be granted a return for a watch I had only worn for a couple hours...I was never told once they sized it or I wore it out of the store zero return policy. Finally they would return for insane 're-stocking' fee of $85. Not worth it at that point anymore. I generally love shopping locally because my family owns local businesses, I get it, but keep it competitive and have some level if respect to your customers in regard to policies. I love nice stuff from any and all brands I can get my hands on - Rolex, Seiko, Movado, Citizen, Rado, IWC, Omega, Gruen, the list goes on - I have a little museum of horological gems. While I was taking a mini-vacation in the area, I accidentally cracked the crystal on my fave Orange Seiko Monster(awesome diver's watch) and was super bummed. It got a little condensation inside too. Rolled around the Mall until I found this store - super friendly compared to the other stuck up jewelry stores in that mall - really don't appreciate the obvious profiling/sizing up that some of these jewelry places are prone to do. Joy must be the boss, but she was super nice and helpful. Her partner/husband was helping a steady stream of regulars while I was waiting on a quote. I visit a fair share of watch shops, and regulars are always a sure sign of a good establishment. BOTTOM LINE: Fixed my watch with a brand new genuine crystal in 3 days! So I had my Monster back on my wrist before the end of my vacation. Nice folks and good service. Highly recommended by the Horological Honor Society(me). =) read more

After seeing negative reviews about this store and specifically the owner, I was a bit leery of going there but I had three watches with dead batteries and was already going to the mall... so I went. I was cheerfully and professionally addressed by Martha, the watch battery repair tech, and Adan, the floor salesman. I was told to come back in 20 minutes and true to form, the watches were all repaired and set to the correct time. I was charged 26.95 for three batteries, which was consistent or lower than I had been charged elsewhere. You also get a punch card and when you purchase eight batteries, you get one free. So I guess if you have a problem with the owner, go in on the weekend and get great service from Martha and Adan, who have both worked there for two years. Fixed my watch battery (Nixon 51-30) for $18 and repairs a broken band for $10. I called ahead and they told me battery repairs start at $10, and was told $18 for my watch. My son bought me a watch (from another store) for Christmas, but it was too small for my wrist. When I took the watch in to this store they were so approachable and treat you as if they've known you forever. And while they couldn't find a match for my links, they were able to find an alternative that I could live with. Truth be told, I'll never buy a decent watch from anywhere else. This store knows how to take care of their customers. Although I'd suggest they start selling character watches (Disney, Hello Kitty, etc) so I can truly uphold my end of the bargain!!!! read more

They lied to me about free resizing of a gift. They said if she brought it in before the plastic security tag was removed they would resize for free. Today she went in and they charged $10. If they will lie about this I can no longer trust them. To bad I have spent a lot of money there over the years and sent them a lot of business. I have no problem paying for service, i have a problem being lied tooThere is too many good retailers to do business with liars. I will possibly get my $10 back when I go down with the receipt, but there goes an hour or two of my time. I will post an update, if they return the money. Update: The owner contacted me and tried to make it right. There is no resolution that will make my gift to a loved one a non-burden now. There is no removing the bad experience. There is no returning the time wasted on this. I am out $10 because she put it on her card and it can only refund to her card. There is not a chance I would ask her to drive 100+ miles to get $10 back. I do commend him for reaching out and hopefully this will fix things for future customers. I am raising his review from 1 to 2 stars, because they reached out. To be fair the young man caught in the middle was following a store policy and was caught in the middle, while the salesman misinformed us of the policy. I have had everything a basic repair to even having him fix a bracelet of mine. He and his staff have always been helpful, professional, courteous and very fast when it comes to getting my watches fixed. I don't own very expensive watches but I have never felt any type of pretentious attitude from anyone there, (considering they carry a vast collection of very high-end timepieces).
