The moment you walk in the door, The owner Pejman Jadidi greets you with his friendly, happy smile, and hello! Service is quick, professional, and affordable. My watches have always been gifts, But I always told myself when I finally buy my own watch, this is where I'm going. That happened yesterday. I brought a couple of my watches in for batteries and band replacements and started looking around. There's a lot to choose from including Bulova, Citizen, Hamilton, Fossil, Timex, etc just to name a few. I focused on a Bulova. I wasn't sure of what diameter, Although I had an idea because my wrists are a little small. There are several sizes to choose from, I tried on a few to get the feel for them and find the size that worked for me. They were super helpful and accommodating and patient with my fickleness. We finally settled on a beautiful one with a nice burgundy colored face that fit my wrist size perfectly! The price was great, and the band adjustment was quick and efficient and the watch was super affordable, and I can't even tell you how happy I was with the experience when I was driving home and I couldn't stop looking at my watch! My wife and I inherited an older Cartier watch that has always been troublesome. Pejman took a look at it a couple of years ago, said he thought it just needed a cleaning and a new battery. Watch worked for several years and then quit again. A few months ago he put in a new battery but this time it quit in just a matter of months, we brought it in recently and he cleaned it again, said the battery was still good. Watch works again, but Pejman did not charge us anything despite repeated attempts to pay him something. Unheard of, he worked on it for at least a half hour and possibly longer. I took two watches into One More Time to have the batteries replaced. I had been to this store in the Pacific View mall several times. The owner, Pejman, said it would not take long and he would text me when he was finished as I had other stops to make. He texted me about 20 minutes later, but I wasn't able to return for a couple of hours. When I did return there was a hand written note on the door saying he had to leave because an evacuation notice had been given for his home T.O. This was during the fires in Pacific Palisades, Agoura, Malibu areas. When I got the watches the next day, luckily he said his family and home were safe and that is what matters. This is a great shop on Main Street in Ventura and Pejman (the owner) is a fantastic, generous man. I went in with a high-end watch that wasn't keeping accurate time and I requested that Pejman change the battery. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the issue, so Pejman put the old battery back in, tinkered with it a bit, and got the timepiece to work! I was so relieved, and when I went to offer him some kind of payment for his time and trouble, he refused and said that I didn't need a new battery so there was nothing to pay for. I was looking for a local authorized Seiko dealer and found out about this shop from Seiko and I'm so glad I did. There's so many positive things to say about the shop. They have a wide variety of watches from Seiko, Hamilton, Citizen, Tag Heuer, G-shock, etc... The layout is great to roam around and look at different watches. The shop is super clean. Most importantly the shop owner Pejman is so pleasant to deal with. I was there for over an hour trying on different watches and he was never pushy or looking over my shoulder. He let me go at my own pace and at the end gave me a great deal. This is now my main go-to watch shop.
