I came in recently brought in three Bulova watches that were needing the services. One of them was very dear to me, was a gift I received almost 20 years ago that I had stopped working 10 years ago, and I was holding onto it for a while until I can figure out how to fix it. I found one more time and they serviced all three of my watches made all of them fully functional again, including my Belova swiss made skeleton watch, which needed a new engine. My toddler is a clock and watch nut. Literally they are his favorite things. He plays watch shop. Comments on everyone's watch and clocks. Collects them. Etc. Anyways I brought him to One More Time as a surprise to go to a real watch store and you would have thought I said we were going to Disneyland. Where it would have been easy to not pay him any attention or not appreciate his passion, the owner Pejman was SO welcoming and friendly to my son. He fixed all his broken watches and even gave him an old pocket watch he had in the back, that's now my son's favorite possession. Little man wanted a picture with the "clockmaster" and gave him a huge hug. It was a special trip I'll always remember and there are not enough stars to give this place and that experience. Amazing store, amazing people. They have a life long customer in me and my family and possibly a new employee in my son... but not before he graduates pre-school. read more

I got my watch fixed by Pejman back when they were at the mall a few years ago. THEY ARE AT A NEW LOCATION: 2122 Thompson. When I walked in, Pejman recognized me and remembered helping me before. He was very friendly and helpful. This new shop is really nice, it's by itself and they have a large selection of watches. Pejman charged me 15 bucks to attached these connections pieces onto my broken bracelets. It took him a few minutes to fix them and I am so thankful. I have an older sports watch and the strap tore off. Called One More Time first to see if this was something that could be fixed. I did take the watch in and the strap was replaced. It turned out so very nice. Pejman Jadidi, which I believe is the owner, was so nice. He kept on saying that the strap would not be perfect. My main reason for wearing the watch is to keep track of my steps and bike riding time. I was so happy to see this beautiful new strap on the watch. The shop is amazing.
