I went in today and was greeted my the friendliest two gentlemen. I was looking for something very particular and the young man behind the desk greeted me and proceeded to let me try on at least 15 or more watches before coming to my decision. He thoroughly assisted me and even gave me a discount. I am super satisfied and glad I wandered in and I will go here again when I need it want a watch. This store is located in the Pacific View mall on the first floor. The quickest way to get here is entering through the junior's department of Macy's; it's diagonally across from Old Navy. I brought in my Polar, which is a watch that connects to a heart monitor and calculates how hard you exercise. I first stopped at Sports Authority, thinking they would have a battery replacement since I bought the watch there 5 years ago. After finding they didn't sell batteries that when I came to One More Time. I was greeted very nicely by one of the female associates. I showed her the watch and she provided a quick fee estimate, which was only $10+tax to have the battery replaced...just $10! She handed me a card to hold which is basically my ticket as they prepared my watch. She said to come back in 20 minutes..... I walked around the mall to kill time....then came back 10 minutes later. The store has different brands of watches so that's what I came to look at while my watch was being fixed....the gentleman who fixed my watch remembered that I dropped off my watch earlier and said that my watch was already finished. I love that! They were quick and remembered it was my watch....that's exceptional customer service! I came in and I was attended very quickly. The staff was helpful and nice. I brought in a Coach watch & a Guess watch to be repaired. I was told it would be ready within 15 minutes! I came back and the Coach watch was ready, my other watch however was not fixed. Pejman said he didn't want to risk the condition of the watch because it was big for the machine they use. I thought I'd be leaving with my broken watch... BUT Pejman was able to fix my watch without even using the machine!! I'm so grateful. read more

I walked in on 1/28 to have a Coach bracelet watch adjusted as it fit me loose when I purchased it. I was greeted by Pejman Jadidi who immediately assisted me. I told him what I needed, showed him the watch, he quickly had me try the watch on and fixed it that very moment. The only place in Ventura (city AND county) where I would ever go when I need to replace a watch battery, repair a janky watch, or get a watch re-sized. Their selection is also impressive, but I've only come for services, not for purchases. I've been coming here ever since I was given my first wrist watch a long time ago. All the store clerks are kind & honest, willing to explain all this "watch talk" that I could never really understand. They're all great about honoring their estimated turn around time for when you drop a watch off. Hint: If you get your watch resized, keep your receipt! You have one week to come back in and get it re-sized, like if you realize in a few days that your watch band is too short, or if it still feels too loose! read more

I searched for watch repair in Ventura, open on a Sunday and found One More Time on Thompson, even closer to me than my previous watch service establishment I used to go on Main which closed. One More Time used to be at the mall, I remember them, but I rarely went to the mall. I needed a battery for my watch and in less than five minutes, it was done. Great service plus they have a buy 8 batteries get one free; I'll be looking for other watches that need batteries. They also do watch/clock repairs, car beeper battery install and have a large selection of watches and clocks. They have gained a new customer in me, and I will spread the word.
