Worst company I have ever had to deal with even the owner used foul language they have had my vehicle 5 days after receiving release paper on top of it I gave my business to them by using the company for my road side assistance and they ran my plates and noticed I was a payment behind and came back In The middle of the night to repo it the day before a winter storm. i even called and politely explain that my situation was pretty critical as i was single self employed female and not being able to work for a week resulted in me not being prepare for storm and when my water frozen and electric went out I knew the Company is with in walking distance but they still would not work with me and actually insulted me for being late on my truck payment before cursing and hang up on me it's been a full week and I still haven't been allowed to pick up vehicla read more

These people do not answer phone calls, and do not allow you to schedule online unless you schedule a week out. When you get here, they don't allow you to come inside the gates at all, and don't answer your calls. You WILL need police with you even if you've already paid for your vehicle in full. And if you do show up even after all the fees and balances are paid, they'll illegally charge you $500 (only accepted in cash) additional to give you your vehicle right now as opposed to having to schedule an appointment. We ended up having to call police. And when we picked up the trailer the jack was completely broken off. We're going to reach out to the BBB and contact Texas dept of license and regulations. I highly recommend everyone dealing with these people do the same thing. Save ALL your receipts and get breakdowns of all fees paid. Not to mention, they lie compulsively. And online the wrong address is posted. And they fail to provide their TDLR NUMBER for complaints. Btw, I did report and provide proof to Google maps of their real locationAnd online they use several wrong addresses, look at the address for Yelp, nice local.com, Facebook, etc. I did mention the address thing to Google maps and provided proof to them and had them update it. I have a picture of the correct address posted here. And if you look at opengovus.com you'll see they use several addresses. Look those addresses up on Google maps. They are NOT related to this company, at least not as THEIR place of business. One of them is even a raggedy house, not a business. UPDATE: since getting our trailer back, we took it to the lien holder the very next day for repairs. We were notified that ALL lug nuts were extremely loose and some were missing. Before one recovery had our trailer everything was fine. BEFORE you leave their lot, I VERY HIGHLY recommend you check ALL your lug nuts especially if you had a disagreement with them. Record on video while you check them!!!!!!! RECORD YOURSELF CHECKING ALL YOUR LUG NUTS BEFORE LEAVING THEIR LOT! They took an hour AFTER we paid to return our trailer which was part of why we called police. I now know why they took so long. So please BEFORE you leave their lot, check ALL your lug nuts! These people are shady AF! read more

The worst ever....there should be a ZERO score as they fall in the negative. THIS PLACE IS THE PIT AND WORST TOW COMPANY!!! You hv to schedule appt to retrieve personal property days out then they only hv time frames 2-2.5 hrs to select from. The staff definitely need CS and ethics training; very rude and unprofessional; as if they crossed the border w absolutely no home training. Forget trying to get someone on the phone and when you do; be ready for an argument and bad attitude. read more

Today one of their drivers with the license plate SDT-8861 just backed up and purposely pulled our gate off of the tracks. We have the video and called the company to try and resolve the issue. They wanted to cuss at us and did not believe we have the video. Now the police and others will be involved in this matter. VERY BAD IDEA!!!!!!!! If you would like to see the video we will be posting it on BBB and all social media outlets to let people know what kind of company they are working with. Unfortunately for them we have ALOT of resources. PICTURE IS BELOW read more

One More Recovery - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Terrell, Texas

Service is terrible. When my vehicle was returned the brakes were shot, my back glass was damaged, I was missing fuel, and it was extremely apparent someone was in the vehicle die to their phone being paired to my radio... horrible service... absolutely do NOT recommend read more

Never use this company. They will steal everything out of your car. They opened my car and stole two guns, along with cash and marijuana. They took other personal items with valuable items in the bag. Kaufman county seems to know but are not doing anything about it. Coincidently, another woman was waiting for the police to report the exact same thing. An Investigation is now open. I am not sure if the Kaufman County police are allowing this but I'm watching everyone. The owner lied to an Officer saying that he took images of my guns on the floor and sent them to another officer and it was simply a lie. The images did not show my guns. This is common behavior for One More Recovery. There are more victims. read more

-100 starts, I wish I didn't have to even put 1 in. holly shit this company is horrible. the people there are disgustingly rude. the lady at the Fort Worth location called me a bitch and a bunch of other slurs among that as she yelled at me for 5 minutes because she would not let me get my belongings out of MY car. I strongly encourage no one to use one more recovery and I pray that lady gets fired for this. She is a heavy set woman with a bunch of tacky piercing in her face So if you come across her I advise not to speak to her, she is absolutely no help please ask to talk to someone else. I will be reporting this to corporate. read more

Car was towed . Website/ and automated system says you can get belongings after hours for a fee. Called multiple times a few hours after car was taken and left message. Called number and pressed option for client and 2nd time pressed option for after hours appointment. The automated system say you can pick up belongings after hours for a fee. Finally someone answers & I inquire about after hours fee to get my things. A male responds with call Mon- Friday. When I question about after hours fee and what message says when you call, he rudely says I'm the owner, call your bank and hangs up. I understand there's a job to do but the rudeness was not warranted especially if my inquiries are based on their website and what the options the automated system gives. If I could give a negative 10, I would. Customer services goes a long way. Vehicles need repair all if the time. This is definitely not a place I would suggest for tow/ roadster assistance service. Car was towed on Friday, first available appt is Tuesday at 8:30 am. The website gives several addresses. read more

THIS COMPANY STOLE OVER 1000 DOLLARS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM ME. My wife and I have been gifting each other, cologne and perfume for the last five years. One of our vehicles were repossessed unfortunately due to the seasonal layoffs I was not able to keep up with my payments on that car. We moved here to Texas and were moving into an apartment the day after our car was repossessed so everything we owned was in this vehicle. When I came to pick up my personal belongings They did not give me my cologne or perfume. About eight bottles. This is theft there is no reason why I should not be able to have my personal belongings. This is a repossession company you repossessed the car you don't need to steal items from peoples cars, it is unbelievably simple to understand. If you want to speak to management or owner, it's not going to happen. The bottles are MY property period... this needs to be resolved and they are making it more difficult than it needs to be. read more

I am leaving this review as a customer who had their vehicle repossessed by One more recovery! Yes, you read that right. One More Recovery was hired by my financial company that held the title loan on my vehicle. They came to my house, and before they even hooked up the SUV, heard us out, and let us get all the work tools out of it. We used this as a work truck. We had gotten a title loan a few months back and i thought it was coming out auto draft from out bills account, but come to find out it wasn't. Not one phone call from the lender at all. So i had no idea. However, the repo company was friendly, and got my vehicle back fast, 1 day, after it was cleared to release from the title loan company! No damage to it, and nothing missing from it. Even set up a after hours appointment for us to come out and pick up! read more

Believe the negative reviews...I would give -1 star if I could. This company doesn't deserve a star! We needed to get our personal property and the owner and every single employee we talked to on the phone and in person was rude and unprofessional. They came up with every excuse possible and even made up a few in an effort to withhold our property. It now all makes sense why they kept avoiding our calls and giving us the run around. They were trying to drag everything out so that we wouldn't be able to retrieve our items. There were several items missing and they refused to give us our firearm because they wanted us to sign the property release before verifying all of our property was there. I refused to sign because we had several items missing so they refused to give us our firearm. We had to call the police just to get our property. If you can avoid it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are a complete scam and unprofessional. Don't forget THIEVES AND LIARS. This was the worst experience ever! This business should not be allowed to operate anywhere! BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! read more
