The "bar" on the left when you walk in has giant list 12 boba options, which just screams "must try" (we did not go round), but then what really grabs your attention is the open kitchen smack dab in the center. A quick peek inside the giant glass window, and you can see the stacks of steam trays and the little old ladies making what -- you guessed it -- dumplings. Nothing else sells a Chinese dumpling house as legit like the classic open kitchen with three old Asian ladies making the dumplings. And in anticipation of the food as such, did we find satisfaction and satiated appetites? Let's find out! Pork spare ribs. Classic dim sum app. Pieces are noticeably bigger here, and while there wasn't the usual light black bean type oily sauce I expected, the ample meatiness more than made up for it. (I normally douse them in the chili sauce, which you can find on the side of the table.) I would venture to say this is a good buy and better than I would expect from a dim sum place. Recommend, so we're off to a good start. Egg tarts. By far my fave pastry of all time (childhood memories in Manhattan's Chinatown come to mind), these came out with the ribs. They were fresh and hot, and looked good. You get 3 per order, they are a bit on the dainty side. Sadly, while the custard was good, the crust was not super flaky but too moist. I don't not recommend these, because they weren't bad. But certainly not the best, and unless you're an egg tart lover, you can easily skip these. Unless you have never had them. Chicken sticky rice in lotus leaf. Rice was sticky and fragrantly flavored as expected just right. However, the meat filling was lacking flavor, which is normally at least twice as what we got. Flavor typically comes from the mushrooms, which seemed missing here. Do not recommend. Steamed Crystal Shrimp Dumplings. Or famous "har gow", this staple of dim sum is known for its delicious shrimp filling and thin "crystal skin" (translucent). The version here does not disappoint. While the skin is noticeably thicker than average (a common theme here at "One More"), the inside is just bursting with flavor. I took a half bite instead of stuffing the whole thing in my mouth since I didn't want to burn my tongue, and my mouth was instantly hit with a juicy bite of shrimpiness (another common theme here). The filling felt larger than average as well, and so I felt this was a great buy. Definite recommend. Barbecue Pork Buns. Another grand staple of the dim sum experience, this is probably my top savory dish besides dumplings. As another childhood favorite, I had high hopes; and as such, I came a way a bit disappointed. The meat, the expected sweet and savory combo of flavors, was a bit too mushy than normal: typically, it would be a bit chunkier with small bits of solid pork pieces. Bread was also a tad too soft, but I can overlook that. It wasn't exactly the best version of the dish though, so I would recommend this for anyone besides myself, who prefers the chunkier style. Pan fried pork dumplings. Skin a touch thicker than average hiding a super juicy pork filling; first steamed or boiled and then pan fried to get that crispy bottom. This came with a dumpling sauce that I would say is correct for dumplings, which should be both sweet and salty, and a touch sour. In this case, while we would all prefer a thinner skin, the fact is that the filling itself wound up much juicier and tastier for it, I believe. So it's a trade off of preference. I think it's a good recommend -- unless you don't dig the thicker outside, which makes it chewier and not so crispy, which this wasn't as much I would have liked. Pork Xiaolong bao. Another classic dim sum dish made famous most recently by Din Tai Fung. Let's be clear: this is not XLB from DTF. First, the thicker skin is also present here. Second, it's waaay juicer -- but, interestingly, not more flavorful. My first bite into one unloaded almost all the soup in an explosion off my plate and onto the table. So I say juicy, these guys don't shy away from the soup. But then DTF has the thinner skin, which we prefer, and the amount of flavor is just 2x more over there. That said, considering the price and extra soupiness, it's a fair trade. Definite recommend. Salted egg custard buns. Yummy! Buns were warm and doughy as normal, but I would rate the filling pretty darn good. Not maybe as salty was expected but the sweetness and the creamy, grainy texture like peanut butter of the eggy yellow custard just left me with a warm smile. Definite recommend. Service was fast and attentive. They even fill your glass -- which is a nice touch, being metal, which keeps it nice and cool -- with frickin lemon water, which is another nice detail. Everything about this place looks like someone was paying attention to the details, and so I can only give this dim sum joint my stamp of approval. A solid 5 stars from me! I'd been wanting to try One More Bite Dumpling House for a while now. I first saw it driving by on Clinton Keith a few months ago when they had the "coming soon" sign out front. I finally tried it out today, hoping it would be everything people say it is. No one was at the hostess counter, but staff greeted us, I held up my 2 fingers, and one of the ladies sat us at a table near the kitchen. It's very bright and welcoming inside. We checked out the very simple menu and made our selections on the provided list. It wasn't long at all before our food came. I knew as soon as the carts rolled by that this place was 100%! Only the good dim sum places serve the food on carts. The I.E. FINALLY has a decent spot for delicious dim sum and at reasonable prices. I think some items are overpriced, but overall, not having to drive an hour to OC, SD, or LA will keep your gas tank happy. Everything we ordered was spot on. The Beef Egg Fried Rice was perfect, not crunchy, and you could tell it was super fresh. The Cantonese BBQ Pork Buns were perfect as far as filling to bun ratio. Most places skimp on the filling, and I HATE that!! Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai have a good size shrimp inside! I loved it!! The Pork & Shrimp Dumplings were very good. They were flavorful and had just the right amount of seasoning. I was worried that the Pork Xiao Long Bao would be small, but they are a good size. You can only order 8 at a time now. Came for dinner around 5:15/5:30. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and already being shown our seat. It was empty which I was shocked. The place is clean and as soon as you walk in there's a waterfall which is so peaceful to look at. As soon as we got to the table Stephanie had already gave us our water. We weren't rushed to place our order which was good. Once we placed the order our food was out within 30 mins. The udon was a decent portion. If you have littles that are picky there is regular rice. Which I ordered and the fried porkchop. My little is very picky so I was shocked how much he loved his meal. The fried green onion pancake brought me back to Japan. I absolutely love this place! The name One More Bite Dumpling House is super cute, and the decor is modern. I got take out twice from here during my trip to Murrieta. I'm in love with their har gow! It's perfectly thin wonton and juicy and flavorful shrimp filling. Sooo yummy! I've also had their popcorn chicken and spicy wonton which were very yummy too! The staff is friendly and fast. I love how I can easily order online through the Yelp app. Parking is fairly easy as well as they have a parking lot shared with other stores. I have been here to eat in twice and ordered takeout another time. I love the spicy udon/dumpling soup. I prefer ordering it to eat in the restaurant - it just seems better that way. I'm so excited to have found good xiaolong bao!!! Came here tonight with my family, and we were seated right away on a Saturday night. Restaurant is nice inside and you get menus but place your order using the paper checklist. We got the pork xiaolong bao, rainbow dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings, red bean bun (cute picture), egg custard bun and the chicken udon noodles. Also got a brown sugar boba tea and two hot teas. I was surprised the hot tea came in the same silver beakers that the cold water did, but it still all tasted great. Really good jasmine tea. We loved their Siu Mai and ORDERED another one to take home! We tried to order as much as we can since we live a bit far from here but, this place is still closer than Mira Mesa! The wait time was not bad at ALL on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. We joined the waitlist around 12:45pm and we got our table around 1:15pm... The food here it's self was fine, and it came out quickly. The service itself was absolutely atrocious. Not one time did the server come by to attend to us or guide us through the menu. We seen him twice, once when he gave us the menu, and when he provided us with the check. My almost empty cup was never refilled, and he never dropped by to see if we had any questions. I had a few bites of cucumber salad when I quickly decided that I was not a fan of the dish, so I set the basically untouched plate aside with the intention of requesting a refund. When it came to pay the bill, the waiter flat out refused and displayed unwilling body language (he was shaking his head no as I explained why I wasn't a fan of the dish) to take the FULL plate of cucumber salad off of my plate. The waiter told me that he was unable to fulfill my request and that he could replace it with another dish instead. At that point, nothing else on the menu appealed to me. I came here during the Lunar New Year weekend and although my group had 8 parties ahead of us, things moved along pretty quickly. The staff were very friendly and particularly patient since my group likes to take a lot of photos. The ceiling for this restaurant is pretty high, which makes it seem more spacious than it is. My rating is based on comparisons to my (bias) love for Din Tai Fung- and it's positive so far, mainly because I'm happy to be able to find a dim sum/soup dumpling restaurant in this area. It isn't a perfect substitute, but it can satisfy a dim sum craving, if any, for the staples: shrimp fried rice, soup dumplings, wonton and udon soup (spicy or not spicy). Their udon stir fry noodles has a unique black pepper seasoning, but it was not a favorite of mine. I wish it was a more soy and sweet base sauce than the strong peppery bite. The egg rolls were not quite my preference because the wrapper doesn't have the oily crispness I look for, might as well enjoy an egg roll for all its fried goodness, right? I've yet to try the other dumplings or the egg tarts. It is definitely pricey: ie $17 l-ish fried rice Their service was welcoming and friendly. We received fairly prompt service once we ordered too. This area of the Inland Empire is really starving for some decent Asian restaurants of this nature. I totally forgot about adding my name to the Yelp App's wait list so when we entered the restaurant, I was gently reminded by another waiting patron that I needed to add our name to the wait list tablet by the from door's seating area for guests waiting for their table. As busy as this place was for a Friday night around 1830, we were seated within five minutes. Menus, water were quickly dispatched to our table upon sitting down. We looked at the menu which was quite expansive and not your typical Asian Chain food offerings that appeal to a more mainstream audience. There is a sheet of paper that you mark off what you want to order. If you inadvertently order the wrong item, advise your server to avoid potential confusion by the kitchen. I'm surmising the same if you want to order more than one of the same menu item(s). This is what we ordered: 1. Fried Calamari - Spicy ($9.99) We really wanted to like this one, but my wife and son who accompanied us did not. I just motored through them to not waste food. My son thought the Calamari was a little too fishy in taste, but to me it was not. The coating used had the spice in it. The squid was not spicy to me: my non-spicy food eating wife agreed it was not too spicy for her either. The texture was slightly mushy and not a bit firmer like I'm used to. Not likely to order again. 2. House Special Onion Pancake ($7.99) My wife has never had one of these before. It has now become another favorite. It arrived at our table, lightly fried, but not greasy. I let my wife and son eat the pancake since I've had them before, but they both really like the freshness of the green onions to dough ratio too. Would definitely order again. 3. Pork Xiao Long Bao (XLB) - 8 Pieces ($12.99) Read a lot of previous reviewed that ran the gamut her from good to bad. The night we had them, they were pretty decent. These had a reasonable amount of broth in each one, with the thickness of the wrapping being strong enough to allow one to pick up a dumpling from the steaming tray with chopsticks without the skin tearing and leaking the broth out. The pork filling was tasty and fresh in taste. There is black vinegar as one of the condiments on your table but the XLB's come with no fresh shredded ginger. Would definitely order again. 4. BBQ Pork Buns - 3 Pieces ($7.50) I prefer not to order these other than a dedicated dim dum restaurant or Cantonese bakery because of the pricing and sizing. I grew up eating these by the ton. Here, three tennis ball sized buns with screaming red colored pork filling arrived. While the filling was not really generous portion, it was reasonably tasty. The buns themselves were a little too pasty, doughy and heavy for my liking for $2.50 per Char Siu Bao. Would most like order these again for others in my dining group, but not for me. 5. Pork Pan Fried Dumplings - 8 Pieces ($12.99) They arrived at our table with a nice pan fried golden brown coloring on their bottom side. Inside, there was a reasonable amount of filling which tasted the same as the one used for the XLB's. We really enjoyed these. Would definitely order again. 6.Chicken Fried Udon w/Black Pepper Sauce ($15.99) All three of us have never had this before. I personally thought it was going to be more like chicken chow mein but I was wrong. The black pepper sauce is not spicy and is quite addicting. There was a generous portion of chicken interspersed amongst the pepper sauced Udon noodles and onions. It was a really enjoyable and very tasty dish. Would definitely order the chicken version again. 7. Pork Wonton w/Spicy Sauce - 8 Pieces ($11.99) Another first time dish for all of us to try. Pleasantly mildly in spice level despite the juicy pork filling wontons laying in a generous pool of soy sauce and chili oil. The few pieces of book chou added to dish were a delicious accompaniment to the won tons. I wish they either had s separate dish of the book chow in this same sauce or add a few more pieces to this dish. Would definitely order this again. 8. House Special Egg Tarts - 3 Pieces ($7.50) The best way to describe these to someone is it is like eating a Creme Brûlée (the Asian custard does not seem to have any vanilla flavor profile in it) in a mini pie shell, Would likely order again here. 9. Jasmine Green Milk Tea ($5.75) My wife ordered this. The description of her tea drink included "cheese foam" which dod not appeal to me. I have since researched what and how it tastes. Think of an American Cheesecake flavor profile. Overall, service was efficient, attentive and timely. The only time we waited was for our server to stop by our table to grab the ordering sheet. Food came out of the kitchen quickly. We really enjoyed our meal with no leftovers to enjoy at home. Glad to see a restaurant of this caliber landing in Wildomar! read more

Their is no one server assigned to your table , you ask for anyone's attention. We were short one plate for eating and no dipping cups were put on the table. The Xiao Long Bao dumplings were excellent - on par with Din Tai Fung - yes - they were! I was not a fan of the rainbow vegetarian dumplings- the dumpling dough was too thick. The red bean paste buns were very cute. Chicken and corn pan fried dumplings are delicious! Yeah they are fried all together and you have to break them apart... be sure to use the vinegar and soy to make yourself a nice little dipping sauce for these! - i wish they had a sautéed bok choy with ginger dish -generally, the dim sum items were NOT HOT ENOUGH I came on grand opening day- I'm sure they will work out the issue of 'not hot enough' (I ordered the sticky rice in lotus leaf and the meat inside was cold... they MUST fix this) I still give it five stars because I'm so happy ONE MORE BITE is here! read more
