Legit dumpling/dim sum restaurant. Given there's no other competition in the area I was a bit skeptical about this place, but was quite surprised with the quality of food. My family and I ordered Pork Xiao Long Bao, Black Truffle & Pork Xiao Long Bao, House Special Fried Chicken Wings, and Chicken & Corn Pan Fried Dumplings. All items were good to great. Xiao long bao had good flavor although I would prefer the skin/outer shell to be thinner. The black truffle version was quite unique although a bit pricey for just 6 pieces. Chicken & Corn Pan Fried Dumplings were excellent. The fried chicken wings were very crispy and flavorful. Really liked little pieces of fried basil on top. Service was quick & efficient. Decor is clean, modern, and very spacious. This will be my go to place whenever I'm in this area. Although I have plenty of dim sum restaurants near where I live, I would still prefer this place over most of them. read more

Wonton Soup is decent, broth is good on a cold day. Shrimps can be found in the wonton. Definitely better than the Asian International Fusion restaurant (in Pachanga Casino). It can be ordered with UDON noodles (which was a bit strange since it's more Jap than Chinese?) vs thin egg noodles. It was OK, broth was decent but meat didn't have much flavor without dipping in soy/vinegar. I ask for spice sauce on the side, it was spicy hot for me so that definitely helped. Oil Chili sauce on the side is different, more a blackbean paste and had no real flavor. steam buns were OK nothing to rave about, didn't have much flavor in the meat and limited. Service is STELLAR, efficient and fast (what earned this place the extra .5 stars) Food itself is wonderful - with a lot of Asian dishes I dislike the large volume of oil that comes with it and makes you feel heavy - that's not an issue at all here! Dishes are fresh and piping hot - the soup dumplings were wonderful, as was the fried rice and popcorn chicken. Everything was well balanced in flavor and not too salty/bland. Finally made it to this lovely beautiful place thats been around for just over a year. Was really hoping for the traditional cart service you see at Dim Sum places, but you would have to be super busy like San Diego Claremont area or LA Alhambra etc. that being said it was great to see some elders making handmade dumplings! The ambience is very modern with lots of thoughtful details in everything down to the plastic cups you get your boba drinks and the receipt paper. Service was impeccable and worthy of 5 stars as well as the environment. The food was quite tasty. The portions are generous and we loved the shu mai and steamed shrimp dumplings. The handmade pork and chicken and corn were very juicy albeit the dough was a bit thicker than other places we have tried before. Didn't care much for the rainbow veggies dumplings much. The bbq pork buns are much better elsewhere, but they weren't bad. The fried dishes were popular with my kids and hubby. Searched for somewhere to meet an old friend and came across this place. We were there at opening so no lines or wait. We were greated well upon entry and seated quickly. The ordering process was explained for us first timers and our overall service was quick and attentive. Location is cute. Interior is well lit and open, even when sitting in a booth as we did. The booths themselves are comfortable and not so close that I have to squeeze my fluffy self in and out of. Food was super yummy. There was a mistake in understanding when I was ordering our take out and we received the wrong thing. They were quick to offer a correction and did what they could to fix it. Once it gets cold the outside tends to harden. So eat it while it's hot. The pork wonton soup was good however the greens were slightly on the fresh side so it wasn't cooked but was still good and last but not the least was shrimp fried rice. I have had shrimp fired rice here before and at that time it was very good this time I was disappointed it was so bland no flavor at all. We didn't even take it home. Maybe the cook was not the original or just a beginner. Service was good but again they need to stop looking at customers while eating it becomes annoying. Plus don't block the rear entrance. Yesterday, after an enjoyable day at work, I was in the mood for some Asian cuisine, and took a chance on a local establishment with some favorable reviews. Following a short drive we arrived at One More Bite Dumpling House and entered. The interior of the restaurant was very clean, large, calm, and had modern asian decor. We were greeted by one of the staff, and stated the we would be ordering for takeout. Deciding on the Garlic Shrimp Spring Rolls, Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai, Shanghai Vegetarian Bun, and Sticky Rice Chicken In Lotus Leaf, we paid and were informed that I order would be ready in 20 minutes. As I waited, I toured the restaurant and took photos for my review Having noticed the huge dining capacity of 130 people, and elegant yet casual design of the tables of the main dining area, I was surprised to discover an additional dining area in the rear with like seating. In addition, there is a large glass picture window to the kitchen which enables you to watch the preparation of the various freshly constructed dumplings prior to steaming or frying, which is a definite plus in my book. Moments later we were on our way home with our new found treasure to enjoy with a tasty beverage! Everything was visually appealing, and the taste was a complete match! Very impressed with the unique flavors, and composition of the Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai, and the Sticky Rice Chicken in Lotus Leaf, which were my favorites. Overall, everything was delicious and enjoyable! Highly recommend. Intend to return to sample more of their offerings, and will dine-in so we can fully experience the food. We came here last evening after exploring on Yelp, looking for a new place we hadn't tried yet. One More Bite satisfied that comfort food urge and more. Mind you, even thought it is listed under Chinese food, it only serves Dim Sum dumplings, Udon noodles, various Bobas and a limited number of chicken and tofu dishes. So, no Kung Pao. No General Tso. No Orange Chicken. You get the ideas. But this is a Five Star review and One More Bite delivers some delicious and satisfying comfort food. We tried the BBQ Pork Buns, Pork Fried Dumplings (Gyoza), Spicy Chili Wontons, Chicken Fried Rice and Scallion Pancakes. So we basically... grazed. LOL Everything was delicious and the service was accommodating and friendly. It's very open and inviting inside. Btw, the heat off the spicy Chili Wonton was amazing. You can taste the love! We got the Edamame, Shrimp & Pork Pan-Fried Dumpling, Pork Xiao Long Bao, Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice, Fried Calamari, House Special Egg Tarts (not pictured), and Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea (not pictured). I love this place and love taking friends and family to try it! I really appreciate that they have options without pork, since my family and I don't eat pork, such as the chicken and corn dumplings and egg fried rice with beef. The food here it's self was fine, and it came out quickly. The service itself was absolutely atrocious. Not one time did the server come by to attend to us or guide us through the menu. We seen him twice, once when he gave us the menu, and when he provided us with the check. My almost empty cup was never refilled, and he never dropped by to see if we had any questions. I had a few bites of cucumber salad when I quickly decided that I was not a fan of the dish, so I set the basically untouched plate aside with the intention of requesting a refund. When it came to pay the bill, the waiter flat out refused and displayed unwilling body language (he was shaking his head no as I explained why I wasn't a fan of the dish) to take the FULL plate of cucumber salad off of my plate. The waiter told me that he was unable to fulfill my request and that he could replace it with another dish instead. At that point, nothing else on the menu appealed to me. Food is great and even better because we don't have to drive all the way to OC, LA, or SD! The XLB isn't quite DTF or Paradise Dynasty but will help satisfy your craving! They are tasty, bigger and quite juicy. The difference is the dumpling wrapper which is a little thicker than those other 2 places. Popcorn chicken and fried tofu were great! They can get spicy so make sure you let them know if you're sensitive to heat. Service was pretty quick when we went and we were seated right away. You should take a peek at the menu before you get there because they'll be ready to take your order pretty quickly. The decor is cute and Asian. They have personalized bamboo steamer trays which I thought was a cute touch. The only thing I would avoid next time is the boba. I didn't take any stars away because this isn't a boba spot and they probably only offer it because people ask for it. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Our seating area in the back corner was hot and musty though, so it made it a little hard to enjoy our food. The dumplings are great but the cucumber salad was super bland. On top of that our fried rice came out 15 minutes after everything else so we were basically done before we got half of our dinner. I absolutely love this place! The name One More Bite Dumpling House is super cute, and the decor is modern. I got take out twice from here during my trip to Murrieta. I'm in love with their har gow! It's perfectly thin wonton and juicy and flavorful shrimp filling. Sooo yummy! I've also had their popcorn chicken and spicy wonton which were very yummy too! The staff is friendly and fast. I love how I can easily order online through the Yelp app. Parking is fairly easy as well as they have a parking lot shared with other stores. Restaurant is nice inside and you get menus but place your order using the paper checklist. We got the pork xiaolong bao, rainbow dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings, red bean bun (cute picture), egg custard bun and the chicken udon noodles. Also got a brown sugar boba tea and two hot teas. I was surprised the hot tea came in the same silver beakers that the cold water did, but it still all tasted great. Really good jasmine tea. Then the food arrived- I went straight for the xiaolong bao and was not disappointed! Enjoy with the vinegar condiments, it's so good! My husband demolished the shrimp, and my daughter could have eaten the udon all by herself. I was stunned how much she enjoyed it. Mom and I like the egg custard and red bean buns, the only item which wasn't standout were the rainbow dumplings. They were vegetarian and they were fine, but not exciting or as flavorful as the other food. I would try a different vegetable dish next time. The "bar" on the left when you walk in has giant list 12 boba options, which just screams "must try" (we did not go round), but then what really grabs your attention is the open kitchen smack dab in the center. A quick peek inside the giant glass window, and you can see the stacks of steam trays and the little old ladies making what -- you guessed it -- dumplings. Nothing else sells a Chinese dumpling house as legit like the classic open kitchen with three old Asian ladies making the dumplings. And in anticipation of the food as such, did we find satisfaction and satiated appetites? Let's find out! Pork spare ribs. Classic dim sum app. Pieces are noticeably bigger here, and while there wasn't the usual light black bean type oily sauce I expected, the ample meatiness more than made up for it. (I normally douse them in the chili sauce, which you can find on the side of the table.) I would venture to say this is a good buy and better than I would expect from a dim sum place. Recommend, so we're off to a good start. Egg tarts. By far my fave pastry of all time (childhood memories in Manhattan's Chinatown come to mind), these came out with the ribs. They were fresh and hot, and looked good. You get 3 per order, they are a bit on the dainty side. Sadly, while the custard was good, the crust was not super flaky but too moist. I don't not recommend these, because they weren't bad. But certainly not the best, and unless you're an egg tart lover, you can easily skip these. Unless you have never had them. Chicken sticky rice in lotus leaf. Rice was sticky and fragrantly flavored as expected just right. However, the meat filling was lacking flavor, which is normally at least twice as what we got. Flavor typically comes from the mushrooms, which seemed missing here. Do not recommend. Steamed Crystal Shrimp Dumplings. Or famous "har gow", this staple of dim sum is known for its delicious shrimp filling and thin "crystal skin" (translucent). The version here does not disappoint. While the skin is noticeably thicker than average (a common theme here at "One More"), the inside is just bursting with flavor. I took a half bite instead of stuffing the whole thing in my mouth since I didn't want to burn my tongue, and my mouth was instantly hit with a juicy bite of shrimpiness (another common theme here). The filling felt larger than average as well, and so I felt this was a great buy. Definite recommend. Barbecue Pork Buns. Another grand staple of the dim sum experience, this is probably my top savory dish besides dumplings. As another childhood favorite, I had high hopes; and as such, I came a way a bit disappointed. The meat, the expected sweet and savory combo of flavors, was a bit too mushy than normal: typically, it would be a bit chunkier with small bits of solid pork pieces. Bread was also a tad too soft, but I can overlook that. It wasn't exactly the best version of the dish though, so I would recommend this for anyone besides myself, who prefers the chunkier style. Pan fried pork dumplings. Skin a touch thicker than average hiding a super juicy pork filling; first steamed or boiled and then pan fried to get that crispy bottom. This came with a dumpling sauce that I would say is correct for dumplings, which should be both sweet and salty, and a touch sour. In this case, while we would all prefer a thinner skin, the fact is that the filling itself wound up much juicier and tastier for it, I believe. So it's a trade off of preference. I think it's a good recommend -- unless you don't dig the thicker outside, which makes it chewier and not so crispy, which this wasn't as much I would have liked. Pork Xiaolong bao. Another classic dim sum dish made famous most recently by Din Tai Fung. Let's be clear: this is not XLB from DTF. First, the thicker skin is also present here. Second, it's waaay juicer -- but, interestingly, not more flavorful. My first bite into one unloaded almost all the soup in an explosion off my plate and onto the table. So I say juicy, these guys don't shy away from the soup. But then DTF has the thinner skin, which we prefer, and the amount of flavor is just 2x more over there. That said, considering the price and extra soupiness, it's a fair trade. Definite recommend. Salted egg custard buns. Yummy! Buns were warm and doughy as normal, but I would rate the filling pretty darn good. Not maybe as salty was expected but the sweetness and the creamy, grainy texture like peanut butter of the eggy yellow custard just left me with a warm smile. Definite recommend. Service was fast and attentive. They even fill your glass -- which is a nice touch, being metal, which keeps it nice and cool -- with frickin lemon water, which is another nice detail. Everything about this place looks like someone was paying attention to the details, and so I can only give this dim sum joint my stamp of approval. A solid 5 stars from me! I'd been wanting to try One More Bite Dumpling House for a while now. I first saw it driving by on Clinton Keith a few months ago when they had the "coming soon" sign out front. I finally tried it out today, hoping it would be everything people say it is. Please believe!! We walked in shortly after opening, just before noon. The restaurant was about half full, and we were seated right away. No one was at the hostess counter, but staff greeted us, I held up my 2 fingers, and one of the ladies sat us at a table near the kitchen. It's very bright and welcoming inside. We checked out the very simple menu and made our selections on the provided list. It wasn't long at all before our food came. I knew as soon as the carts rolled by that this place was 100%! Only the good dim sum places serve the food on carts. The I.E. FINALLY has a decent spot for delicious dim sum and at reasonable prices. I think some items are overpriced, but overall, not having to drive an hour to OC, SD, or LA will keep your gas tank happy. Everything we ordered was spot on. The Beef Egg Fried Rice was perfect, not crunchy, and you could tell it was super fresh. The Cantonese BBQ Pork Buns were perfect as far as filling to bun ratio. Most places skimp on the filling, and I HATE that!! Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai have a good size shrimp inside! I loved it!! The Pork & Shrimp Dumplings were very good. They were flavorful and had just the right amount of seasoning. I was worried that the Pork Xiao Long Bao would be small, but they are a good size. You can only order 8 at a time now. They used to offer an order of 4, but not anymore. Portions are on point, as well. We didn't leave a morsel behind! Normally, I have a doggy bag, but not today!! I also had to try their Cheese Mango Smoothie because, duhh.. I love mangoes (as much as I love blueberries)! So refreshing and not super sweet, I loved it and will definitely try their other drinks!
