I highly recommend Daniel at JP Nails. He does amazing work, is very detailed and takes his time. Not to forget the massage after nails are done!! All the staff is very friendly, it's a beautiful salon. You can even watch a movie while you are getting pampered. I have stuck with gel manicures for a year or two now. Acrylics ruined my nails and any nail salon that uses a drill on your nails is terrible too. My real nails have never been so healthy and long like they are since I've been coming to JP. I used to love coming here to get my nails and toes done but today was an extremely undesirable experience. My entire pedicure including polishing of my toes was 20 minutes long. Three different times I told the technician she was digging the nail file into my skin and all she kept saying was "tickle" as she giggled. Won't be going back! read more

I have gone here a few times to get pedicures with friends and was satisfied with that. The first time I got my eyebrows done I really liked it so I decided to go back. WASTE of money. I stopped by and the wait was only 2 minutes before the woman took me. After she was done she let me walk out with wax still on my face! And she didn't even get all the hairs on my upper lip, which had wax on that too. Unfortunately I didn't notice the wax until I inspected it in my car mirror. Very disappointed. I didn't feel rushed so I don't know why she did such a crappy job but definitely not worth the money again. read more

The worst job ever!!!! I dont know her name but I think she is the manager, she did my uv french gel set, but within the next day they all fell off and I got a fungus from it. She filed my nail so hard that it started bleeding. I will never go back ever again. I do not recommend this place. read more

Simply the best nail salon I have ever been to. Super clean. Everyone who works there is so nice. There is a bit of a language barrier, but I don't go there to chat. Great manicures, pedicures and waxing. They offer a wide variety of procedures and give great back and shoulder massages while your nails are drying. Went with my daughter, took care of my daughter immediately and left me waiting. Nails looked good but did not last and too expensive for manicure and pedicure. We felt like we were cattle being pushed through the paces. Very impersonal. Supposed to be special occasion for my birthday - not a pleasant experience. read more

When I first started going there it was great, the employees pampered you, mow not so much. Sara is awesome at acrylic nails...The owner Kevin, I made an appt with him because Sara was on vacation, he was very rude, didn't even acknowledge me and had someone else do my nails.....don't know what I ever did to him, except spend a lot of money there! read more

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. I bring my young daughter as well and they always take the time to pamper her during her mani/pedis! The owners and technicians are very pleasant and have always done a great job. Sometimes you have to wait, but it is because it is such a popular spot. If waiting is a problem, call ahead for an appointment or go right when they open. Love this place! read more

I went in for a pedicure and it basically was a polish change. I asked the employee if I could soak my feet for awhile and I just got a blank stare and she started right in on my pedicure. She asked if the water was too hot, I said yes, and she didn't add cold water. She asked if the towel was too hot, which it was, and she kept in using it. When she was finished I wanted to keep sitting there to talk to my friend and she wanted me to move to the drying station to get my massage. I told her I didn't want one. She proceeded to nudge my feet aside to start cleaning the tub! I got up and sat at the drying table, she followed me over and told me how much I owed. I pulled out my credit card and she asked me if I wanted to add the tip on there. I told her no and when she came back with the card, she hung around for a tip!! Then she proceeded to give me the massage I didn't want and the massage was a joke. read more

Worst pedi I've ever had. The tech seem to think that fast was the word of the day. While I didn't want to spend an entire day in the salon I would have liked an actual pedicure. Barely spent any time on the rough spots--maybe 20 seconds each foot with the pumice. I've been going here for years but both the times I got acrylics I had a bad experience. the first time they broke off in a week and the second time they were done horribly. I was a regular client since they opened. I recently stopped to have my eyebrows waxed. When I got to my car I looked in the mirror and realized she had taken off the end of my brow. My left brow was over 1/2 inch shorter than my right brow. It looked terrible. I was so upset that I went back in to tell the owner how dissatisfied I was and he didn't seem to care. He didn't offer any type of apology or refund or anything. Just stared at me blankly. DONT GO THERE FOR WAXING.....THEY SUCK read more

This is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. I came here with my boyfriend and when we first walked in and were asked what we were there for we told the workers that we both wanted manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes. They started off with the pedicures and they finished my boyfriends before mine, so they seated him at the drying table. They then started talking about pricing, I reminded the worker that we both also wanted manicures and eyebrow waxing and she confirmed it back to me multiple times. I was then seated and the worker began my manicure, mind you my boyfriend is still sitting at the drying table waiting for his non-polished toenails to dry. I thought that they were just waiting for a worker to become available to do my boyfriend's manicure so I didn't say anything at first. About five minutes went by and I politely asked the worker if there was anyone available to do my boyfriend's manicure. She looked confused and said "Oh, he wants a manicure too?!" I replied with "Yes, we both want a manicure and our eyebrows done." She went and got the worker, Elaine, who had done my boyfriend's pedicure and told her that he wanted a manicure as well. Elaine came out rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, and complaining that she had to do her job. They then told me to pay and when reviewing the cost of everything they did not include the cost of the eyebrow waxing, so again I reminded them that we both wanted our eyebrows done as well. By this point Elaine had already disappeared again, so when they got her and told her that she now needed to do my boyfriend's eyebrows she rolled her eyes, loudly and rudely sighed, and was just completely rude. After being there for over 2 and a half hours I was told that my total was $96. I gave them my card and they asked me if I wanted to add the tip onto the card. I agreed and when I told them how much I would like to tip, the owner rolled her eyes and complained about the amount I had chosen, which considering the horrible customer service we had received was completely justifiable. Needless to say, I will never be coming back to One JP Nails ever again. I came here for a relaxing day, but the experience turned out to be nothing but a burden. read more
