Plenty of parking at this location with great hours, even evenings & weekends. I called ahead & was told no appointment was needed to get new lenses for eyeglass frames that I already had. I arrived on a late Sunday morning & was greeted & checked in right away. I waited about five minutes before being called. Since my prescription was on file it only took ten minutes to get what I needed & pay. As promised my eyeglasses were ready for pickup in two weeks. My eyeglasses fit & look great. They also have an Eyecare Club & an offer to get 2 Pairs of Glasses & an Eye Exam for $89. America's Best provided good service with reasonable prices.

No further info on his scan results. Ended up leaving there without glasses, because they could not answer all his questions regarding the Meta glasses. Prices online were much lower than the store displayed and no one could explain why. 2 days later... We go to another optometrist office and they tell him not only are his cataracts severe, he also has bleeding behind the retina due to diabetes and high blood pressure. America's Worst, did not mention those at all. Bleeding behind the retina is very dangerous and he is being referred to a retina specialist, then to get the cataracts removed. If you value your sight, Do not go to this business.

I had them do 4 pairs of progressives, one of which was a a computer distance. They are all perfect! Over the years the office staff has changed but the service and care is top notch. They have all the current diagnostic machines. They accept all standard insurance plans including VSP. Their in house lab and eyeglass retail space have been served by Julie & Kyle as long as I can remember. They continue a standing policy that you can get your eyeglasses adjusted for free Mon-Fri and Sat till 1pm. They continue to hand out free microfiber cleaning cloths and alcohol cleaning sprays. Free parking around building with handicap ramps. Nice seating area.

I have bought two new pairs of glasses from them now and the lenses are crap and bubble up and start to get blurry. With the first pair, I brought them in and the staffer acted like I didnt know how to clean glasses and accused me of wiping them on my clothes that caused the bubble. That is not the case; i have had glasses most of my life and know how to care for them. I actually use the cleaner and cloth they provide. The lenses are crap -- with spending that much money I expect them to last longer than a year or two. Never had this issue before.

I called the number on the email and they said they don't have me in their patient record and I'd have to call where I got the exam at. I called eye envy vision and they said they have my contacts. I went to pick up my lenses and noticed it did not match my prescription. Asked them to order correct prescription. Never heard back for more than 3 weeks. I got tired of waiting and decided to get my contact lenses elsewhere. I talked to the owner, he apologized and asked if there is anything he could do. I asked if I could get my next exam waived.
