Been going there for 3 or 4 years now but will not be going back. The service is fine, some staff have been better then others. My issue is with the poor products that they sell and then take no responsibility for. I have bought two new pairs of glasses from them now and the lenses are crap and bubble up and start to get blurry. With the first pair, I brought them in and the staffer acted like I didnt know how to clean glasses and accused me of wiping them on my clothes that caused the bubble. That is not the case; i have had glasses most of my life and know how to care for them. I actually use the cleaner and cloth they provide. The lenses are crap -- with spending that much money I expect them to last longer than a year or two. Never had this issue before. read more

This place sucks. Regardless if I pay for a warranty or not, if I have been given my sunglasses and the lens get scratches from the case that was provided and I get told there is nothing that can be done, I'm going to be upset. Only had the glasses no longer than 5-6 days and lenses already scratched up? Cool. Don't come here. Don't waste your money. If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is way too generous. read more

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and I was brought back promptly after checking in. I actually scheduled the wrong type of appointment online but the front desk was more than happy to accommodate to my needs and changed the appointment type on the fly so I could still be seen that day. Dr. Hessler listened to my concerns and diagnosed me with a stye and prescribed me antibiotics. He was very personable but also professional and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. As an established patient for many years, I have always found the team of care providers to be kind, empathetic, and respectful. My son and I completed our yearly vision appointment this evening. However, while we were checking out, I requested an explanation of the fees being charged, as I suspected that the amount to be billed might be incorrect. At this point, Royal, who was at the reception, responded in a condescending manner and refused to listen to my concerns. When I expressed that I did not appreciate his tone, his lack of professionalism continued, and I began to feel threatened, especially in front of my son. I asked to speak to a manager or have the doctor present for the remainder of the discussion. As I walked away to find the doctor, Royal slammed the door to the back and stated, "I run the clinic, and you will not be doing that." I repeatedly asked for his manager's information, but he claimed he would forward it to me, stating that he doesn't typically give out such information. Concerned for my and my son's safety, I decided to leave. I hope these concerns are addressed. read more

Customer service is terrible my glasses took a month to arrive at the store as the first pair got broken and no one bothered to let me know. We finally figured out what happened and were promised a date that they would be in and when I called they had been there for 5 days with out a call from any one. There are far too many other eye places out there I will never go back there or recommend that any one else does either. Total bunch of idiots are running this place. read more

Making an appointment online was really easy and I love that I was able to complete check-in prior to my appointment making the initial process really easy. As an established patient, my eye appointment got canceled at the last minute. (Night before) Horrible customer service who doesn't give a crap about their patients. I work a 10 hour shift 7a-5p They called me the day before my appointment to tell me if I didn't finish the online paperwork, they would be canceling my appointment by the end of the day. I didn't get this message until after I was off work.. even after trying to complete the paperwork when I got the message, the website wouldn't let me complete it. I called first thing in the morning left a message with there answering my service and didn't get a call back. Called again and they had already canceled my appointment and filled it with someone else. NO where in the appointment reminders does it say that your appointment will be canceled if your information is not updated online through their online check-in. I work in a medical practice - I could maybe see this being acceptable for new patients but being an established patient this is not acceptable. On top of all that, they will bombard you about coming in with emails and text messages. There is plenty of eyecare throughout Colorado. I'm more than happy to be going elsewhere. read more

Absolutely unsatisfactory front office customer service. Eye exam and doctor consultation was very professional. But when it came ordering glasses and receiving glasses the front office is an absolute mess. They ordered wrong frames and lenses. They said they would correct the order right away. Instead they waited a week to place the order. They then decided they didn't know what the original order was, so the claimed we already picked up our glasses, then stated the order had been canceled and credited back to my credit car, I asked when and why wasn't I contacted, and then they stated they would refund it right away. I will not return even though the exam and doctor were professionals. read more

I've been a customer at this location for a few years and have always had a positive experience. Today I visited the office to return two pairs of glasses I had ordered due to some issues. I was nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. After explaining my concerns to the lady at the front desk, I asked for Jorge. Jorge took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and immediately came up with a solution. I was there for an annual routine appointment. all was okay until I had to talk to alan, for a new pair of glasses. I asked him if I can used my secondary insurance for coverage, he was so rude in his response and tol me that there have already been an authorization and there is nothing that can be used. I told him that this is my first eye visit. he did not want to listen to me. I called my insurance company and explained the situation to the agent. The said that everything she good to go on their end. I asked alan to t to them, he was so rude again and stated that it's not his problem, I should deal with it or I can get out. I asked to talk to his supervisor. I decided to have my glasses ordered at another location. I had never ran into such an unprofessional individual like ala. read more

Horrible customer service! I went in for my eye exam, they incorrectly told me my vision benefits were already used. It turns out they had authorized my insurance for a prior appointment I had a few months earlier, an appointment for which I tried to cancel that day but could not because no one would answer the phone at their office! It took about 20 minutes and several calls to my insurance to get it all straightened out before I could get my eye exam. Then my lenses for my glasses arrived with a defect and I went in to re-order new lenses. After over two weeks, I call to check on the lenses and I was told the lab canceled that order (no explanation as to why this happened). Then I ordered new lenses again and never got a call back. Last year, I received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup. I drove there on my lunch break, about 40 minute drive, and I was told they were not there (no explanation as to why I got a text they were ready). Dr. Wooldridge is great but the staff in front office are terrible and I will never go back there and all my family members will never go back to that office! read more
