The owner Mollie was very responsive and helpful with the booking process. She also proactively followed up via text to check on my experience as a first-timer, and to fix a small payment miscommunication before I even made it all the way back home. As for the massage and facility itself I enjoyed the small touches like slippers and water/tea. The aromas are really pleasant, and my massage therapist Kim was fantastic. He found my usual tension very quickly but also uncovered some gnarly other spots I didn't know were there. I know they're doing serious good work when I feel relaxed yet walk out a teeny bit nauseous and sniffly! It's not the cheapest prenatal massage option but I'm glad to have chosen here anyway, given the excellent service and experience this team seems to have with pregnant clients. Already looking forward to a future visit.

I like that you can text to make your appointment; I was able to do that the evening before and got the time I wanted! It's definitely a no frills spot - practical set up, minimal decor, and clean but basic. You don't really get the full "zen" experience but the masseuse was strong and targeted my pressure points. I didn't like that they basically got started without asking me which areas to focus on or for my preferred pressure. I had to proactively tell them and even then, the majority of the time spent on the massage wasn't on my target areas mentioned. The other masseuse was talking quite a bit and pretty loudly which took away from the experience. They should be more mindful of that considering most people get a massage as a form of relaxation. Nonetheless, I certainly felt more loose, relaxed, and slight tenderness after which I took as a good sign. We paid in cash to avoid taxes & fees, and there was a strong expectation for a tip which I had also read from other reviews. Decent spot but there's definitely better ones I'd rather go to!

Both ladies were great. Very informative and helpful. I love the aromatherapy and the complimentary tea and water. The tea was delicious! I love that everything looked so clean. We felt safe! Everyone was masked. The floatation therapy was incredible! Each pod was clean and the showers were unique! Love the whole experience!! The infrared sauna was great too! 149 degrees. We detoxed. The large sauna was perfect for us. The lights were also a cool feature. The "full body" cryo was okay. Negative 249 degrees F. The nitrogen didn't reach quite as high as the full body one I did in NYC. So I probably wouldn't come here for full body cryotherapy again. Felt great from the waist down but didn't get much higher. My boyfriend loved the nuratec on his legs. They have legs, hips, or arms. He said it felt great. It's similar to the machines at the pharmacy that take your blood pressure but for your whole leg he told me lol. I would try it! We were told it's like a massage using air. It's pretty cool! We will definitely be returning here for some more treatments. :)
