Terrible service, was given a masseuse who had horrible technique, very little pressure, seemed like she was just going through the motions, and she only spoke chinese so it was hard to even make any adjustments. I left half way through, they still charged me for every minute i was there so obviously they don't care about your experience it's just pay me pay me. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND. I don't even know where to begin with how frustrated I am. My wife and I booked a hand and foot massage as a Valentine's treat for ourselves, a chance to relax after a long week of hard work. It was meant to be a peaceful, enjoyable experience, but instead it turned into a complete disappointment. I scheduled the appointment over the phone, and before arriving we were really looking forward to sitting in the massage chairs, enjoying some coffee, and simply unwinding. However, when we got there, three staff members were arguing among themselves about where we were supposed to go, which immediately made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Despite us clearly explaining that we had booked a one-hour hand and foot massage and wanted to remain seated in the massage chairs, we were pressured to go into a room and lie down. By that point, the atmosphere already felt tense. I was expected to undress, which didn't make sense since we weren't there for a full-body massage but we went along with it anyway. During the massage, there was absolutely no pressure at all. It honestly felt like someone was just lightly touching and randomly pinching my feet & arms rather than providing an actual massage. My wife repeatedly asked her masseuse to apply more pressure, but her requests were ignored. To make matters worse, my masseuse was answering phone calls during the session and leaving me alone for several minutes at a time to go to the front desk while the timer was still running. She comes back without washing her hands & for me it was unsanitary The staff were also speaking loudly, completely disrupting what is supposed to be a quiet and relaxing environment. They were not short-staffed, so there was no reason someone else couldn't have assisted customers instead of interrupting the massage. When the time was up, the masseuse abruptly pulled the cloth off our eyes and rudely said, "Done." She didn't even bother wiping the oil off my wife's arms before walking out. At that point, I was furious. Given the lack of professionalism and the poor service we received, I did not feel the experience warranted a tip. We went to the front desk to pay $120 which felt completely unreasonable considering the quality of service and still gave each masseuse $5. I normally tip more than 20% when the service truly deserves it. Shockingly, one of the masseuses had the audacity to say, with an attitude, "Only $5 tip? It's supposed to be 20%." My wife chose not to respond, but I calmly said, "We were not satisfied with the service, I'm sorry." They muttered something in Chinese afterward, and we simply walked away. This foot massage establishment is fine. It's a bit chaotic in the sense that it is loud and they might send a different therapist to you in the middle of your appointment. This happened to the friend I was with and I saw it happen multiple times during my hour long foot massage to people getting body massages. Kind of annoying because the new massage therapist doesn't know where the other one left off. The lady I had today had nails that kind of scratched me. I mentioned it to her and she ignored me. Totally my fault for not bringing it up to the manager. It's fine. They also share the Vaseline tub that they use on people which sort of gave me the ick because they aren't wearing gloves. Their staff is very good and the prices are comparable (or even a tad less) to the acupuncture place I have been going to for years, which says a lot for the price gouging that goes on in J.City these days. My feet are so pain free after a 30 minute foot massage. And the one time I did the whole body massage, the man ended it with hot stones on my back. A nice bonus! This was hands down the worst massage experience my wife and I have ever had. We went in for a couples massage hoping for a relaxing experience, but it was the opposite. The two masseuses were talking to each other the entire time, completely ruining any sense of calm. On top of that, someone in the next room was loudly playing Duolingo, and we could hear people talking throughout the session. It was impossible to relax--I spent the entire hour thinking about where we should go next time. To make matters worse, the "massage" was barely a rub, with no technique or effort. Afterward, despite tipping 25% (which they didn't deserve), they actually had the nerve to ask for more. Terrible place, terrible service, and definitely the worst massage experience I've ever had. They were super nice, facility is clean as well. The massage was mediocre, I asked for deep and booked a longer time, 90, since it takes time to warm up the muscles and then do the deeper work. I found that the therapist was just rubbing, over and over same areas just to take up the time. There was very little move moment around my body and none of it was deep. Then the foot massage, deep for a moment and then just rubbing, to take up the time. I was so bored and such a long time to get just a nice lotion rub in. I won't be going back, but I DO encourage people to try and draw your own conclusion. The prices were great, and probably a great place to have a relaxation treatment, if you're not into a deep tissue experience. read more

The experience was terrible. They were extremely loud and didn't even provide a proper massage. Most of the time, they used a towel, massaging over it on my neck and back instead of directly. The place had a strange smell, and despite leaving a generous tip, they were still stingy and ungrateful about it. This was the worst massage I've ever had in my life. Good full body massage similar to the kind you would get in Chinatown in Manhattan. Full body included a hot stone massage as part of the massage which was a pleasant unexpected addition. I was a regular there and used to be great. They have become worse over time. Recent times massages are more like simply rubbing your body and feet. I then started requesting for a particular masseuse, who I know does great with massage. She was no longer working there and also got a rude response from the receptionist lady that I can't choose my masseuse. I haven't seen any spa that discourages customers to choose a skilled staff they prefer. I think this is their approach to push non-skilled masseuse to you! While doing the massage, the staff giggle around commenting about the customers in mandarin. I know a little bit of mandarin and they were gross comments. It is extremely unprofessional to comment about female customers, especially when in the closed space for massages!! I lost respect for them and I no longer go there! read more
