I didn't like that they basically got started without asking me which areas to focus on or for my preferred pressure. I had to proactively tell them and even then, the majority of the time spent on the massage wasn't on my target areas mentioned. The other masseuse was talking quite a bit and pretty loudly which took away from the experience. They should be more mindful of that considering most people get a massage as a form of relaxation. Nonetheless, I certainly felt more loose, relaxed, and slight tenderness after which I took as a good sign. The nitrogen didn't reach quite as high as the full body one I did in NYC. So I probably wouldn't come here for full body cryotherapy again. Felt great from the waist down but didn't get much higher. My boyfriend loved the nuratec on his legs. They have legs, hips, or arms. He said it felt great.
