I even wanted to still replace the port but I was told they warranty their work for 6 months so if it has a problem they'll just apply the money to the replacement I was going to do anyway. Amazing! The glass was ordered and although it took a bit longer to arrive, the work was done correctly. Unfortunately, the mouse USB was left at iFix and realized it hours later. When I called it was confirmed the USB was there and Lucas dropped it off at my home. What awesome customer service. He asked a few questions on model and serial number. Once I explained the symptoms (battery may or may not always charge, etc.) he suggested I do a hardware reset (hold the reset button for 65 seconds using a straightened paper clip). This fixed the issue. He saved me from unnecessarily spending money on a repair I didn't need. You don't see this kind of honesty too often!
