Usually the drinks I order here are WAY too sweet and overpowering. But my most recent order was the Um-Kin (pumpkin Chai) with half the sweetener and it was by far the best drink I've ever ordered from any coffee shop. I was so impressed that I am excited to go back and try all try drinks I previously ordered and get them with half the sweetener as well. The atmosphere is really laid back and trendy. It's very relaxing for people doing homework but also a cool place to hang out with friends. I recommend this place but if you like sweet drinks (like I do), I'd still recommend ordering with half the sweetener because it is OVERLY sweet. read more

One eleven serves good local roasted coffee and there specialty drinks are bomb. But good lord for being a Christian based business they sure are rude af. The stuck up girls running the counter are hella judgey you can feel the non secular judgment right off the jump. This place was awesome when it first opened, But since Niel left this place has turned into white washed, self absorbed typical white coffee culture bs. The coffee is really good, staff is friendly and the interior is cute. The menu online is never updated so don't trust it. Three stars because of the glacial pace of service. Sometimes it's a normal wait but about fifty percent of the time it'll take the employee 20 minutes to make the one coffee order ahead of you. I get it takes time and would never be upset at a delay for a big order or a rush of customers but the delays here are random, illogical and poorly communicated. Having said that, they keep a coffee carafe out to allow people to sample different blends and several times I've seen staff unobtrusively provide water and cups of this coffee to respectful homeless gentleman who seemed very grateful. I think that's really nice and it's what keeps me patient during the extended visits. Sugar free iced macchiato is wonderful. Hot white mocha is better than Starbucks. They have a seasonal lemonade raspberry fresh mint leaf concoction so good I could had wept when it was pulled off the menu. read more

The gentalman there gave us the discription of the different drinks tbey have that were popular but also what we were looking for. Him and the girl that were there were very helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best coffee shops in town; clean, airy, good sitting area and easy to read menu. Very good selection of traditional coffee drinks hot and cold, including tea, syrup flavors, signature crafted and seasonal. Don't be afraid to look at the menu and familiarize yourself with what they have at the moment or you can ask for recommendations based on what you like. I tried their Coconut Blond cold and asked for it not to be too sweet since I like my coffee without sugar. I was pleased with the rich flavor from the coffee beans and the sweetness of the coconut milk the roasted coconut flakes on the top gave it a special final touch plus I loved the smell. I am not from Hanford but every time I visit, I have to stop by and visit One Eleven! It is by far one of my favorite places to get coffee. I recommend trying the whipped vanilla ice coffee which has the perfect amount of sweetness. I also recommend to try the frappe that mocha which really tastes like chocolate but without it being to overbearing or sweet. We went there yesterday after hearing so much hype about the place. I was really excited about getting a great cup of coffee from a local company, and even more excited after seeing the varied menu they have online. I ordered the Chaider and my husband ordered The Fizz. We were with two other people and I can't remember what they ordered. No one wanted to finish their drinks except me. Mine was only decent. Not great, not even good. Just tolerable. The cashier/barista who took our orders didn't seem to want to answer my questions-- what makes the Chai dirty, can you tell me about the nitro? So on. .. she acted like I was an inconvenience. There was no line behind us. Lucky for her, another employee stepped up and explained things very nicely. (If the owners are reading this, get your barista with the short blonde haircut in line). It tastes like they brew all their coffees the day before and have them ready to mix into drinks. Not fresh. Two stars off for flavor One star off for poor service Spoke with manager who offered to rectify the situation. We will see if the baristas are friendlier. I would be willing to try their coffee again. Everyone says it's literally the best. I'm hoping for their experience next time. So, fingers crossed. I will update if I visit again. read more

I was so stoked when I heard my hometown opened a craft coffee shop like this ~ & am happy to say I was not disappointed! :) love it's location, vibe, & the staff was super friendly & helpful. Brought my dad along with me (who rarely goes to coffee shops, let alone Starbucks) and they answered his many questions eagerly! I tried the Cafe Horchata w/ almond milk, & it was off the hooook. Not usually a fan of coffee drinks that have syrup as an ingredient, but they did a great job at not over-sweetening it. Also, their lemon blondies are freaking delicious! I ordered the Cafe Horchata, it was DELICIOUS. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it had SO much ice, not enough coffee for my likings, especially with how delicious it was! Horrible service, I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a cold brew with no water and no ice, and they gave me a cup with 5 ounces of cold brew in a cup. I stated I always order this at all other coffee shop establishments and they fill the cup up with concentrated cold brew. They said that the cold brew is a concentrated blend and that its store policy that they could not fill the cup of with concentrated cold brew. Who does this, it's just coffee! I will order continue to order my drinks from my local Starbucks where my drink is not an issue. read more

As a typical LA resident, I wake up with an attitude and always in a rush. A coffee shop in LA, you typically order your drink and get outta there before anyone talks to you. In this case, I felt Tyree's aura. Speaking to her, as she took my order, gave me such joy. The customer service she was giving me was excellent.
