It was the closest parking garage to Bone Kettle, so we parked here. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they had plenty of parking. Surprisingly, there were a lot of cars in the garage when we came back. None of the pay stations were working so there was a parking attendant at the gate collecting money before you exit. read more

Worse parking garage in Pasadena! First of all they charge $8 a to park! They constantly over sell their spaces so then you are going around in circles looking for parking l and there are no spaces! Even when you pay for a monthly pass there are days when the garage is closed for no apparent reason. The spaces are not evenly split so you might have someone park so close to your car you can't get into your car. Or they will hit your car while trying to force themselves into a space. I've had both happen to me. The "security" they use is useless. The machines they use to take the tickets and payment are consistently either out of order or don't work properly. I would avoid this parking garage and use the 90 mins free parking at Green and FairOaks Schoolhouse parking. Or just take Uber or Lyft to Old Town and avoid the parking nightmare all together! But definitely don't see this garage unless you want a major headache. read more

I parked here yesterday. I was in a restaurant for about 2 hours and I only paid $6. I mean, don't get me wrong, it was a bit expensive, but I was happy to pay it. I was happy to pay it so that I wouldn't have to worry about parking meters. Plus, my car was safe in a parking garage. There are like 5 levels in this parking garage. Since I came here on a weekend, most of the spots were all taken. I ended up finding a parking spot on the 4th floor. The parking spots are pretty wide and big. I had no trouble with parking. I always park here in Old Town Pasadena because they have spots for larger Trucks! Parking is also cheap there. The first 90 mins are free and then it's a few dollars after that. My favorite place to park!!! There are always spaces available and I have only had a problem with charges once. I prepaid at the station but the system didn't recognize at the gate. Even though they have the wheelchair accessibility sign, this place has NO parking slots for the disabled, so if you have a lift van or need to fully open your car's door to get your wheelchair out, there won't be space for you to do so as you'll be blocked by the cars parked on either side of you. Hi One Colorado Team , so I've been parking here at this place for like 4 years now for work and I usually tell everyone to come and park here, but after today I don't now how I feel about this place. The security guards look upset all the time like if they are being forced to be there. Not sure if it's with everyone or discrimination . I use to know the supervisor and other guards back then, they were awesome. And the other day I had payed for my ticket cash and then after I payed for it I didn't get out before the "15 minute" rule. And after trying to talk to guard he didn't care and made me pay again !! That's not fair , that's two flat rates of $8. Then to top it off Today i lost my ticket , i had to pay a maximum fee of $16 instead of the original $6 flat rate on weekends. After attempting to talk to the guy In the parking office he said I had to pay the full $16. I park there all the time !!
