I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid almost $300 for their service, in August 2018. If you sell your car on your own within 45 days, they will (supposedly) refund your money. I sold my car on my own, in September. I have contacted them about my refund several times, all of which they've told me it is "processing". Third times a charm? The phone number showed up as a Redondo Beach number (310) 683-4101. The voicemail from "Peyton" showed the number as (540) 751-3319 and he left me a phone number (540) 904-4838. I have blocked several phone numbers from this "Peyton" and he won't stop. Please don't fall for this scam. Why would I want help selling my own car when I specifically said no solicitors? They call as if interested in purchasing your vehicle. (they are not interested) Then they interject in the conversation a hard sale of their $300 service where they sell your car with the promise of a refund if you sell your own car within 45 days. Once they get their money from the hard sale ... they are done and the scam is complete. They never intend to sell your Vehicle They never intend to refund your money as they promised Here is the phone number associated with their initial contact (888) 941 6561... and the contact name given is Pete. Any one contacted by these scammers should contact their states attorneys general, and the automotive dealers association for their state. as what they are doing is illegal in most states. One cannot act as a dealer in another state without possessing a vehicle dealers license for that specific state. Vehicle dealers licenses are state by state in the United States. SCAM Peyton calls us every other day since posting our car on Craigslist, and I specifically stated no solicitors or outside brokers. He called from 540-751-3319, but left the number to return call as 540-904-4838, so I called him back after 4 calls. I asked for him, and I reached Tracy who told me Peyton wasn't available, but he works for the company and makes initial contacts. Tracy quickly launched into the $189 fee and said they work with 1,000's of buyers, and several have big interest in my make and model. The fee is good for 45 days. She promised they would screen "the buyers" and have them contact me directly. Suggested I check out their website www.oncedriven.com To move forward, after paying the $189, she'd need info about the car. I asked her if she'd read the ad I wrote because it had everything necessary to understand the car, she said she didn't read it yet. But she did know the make and model simply by asking for my phone number. I asked how to call her back directly and she said to call 888-941-6515, hit option 3 and dial X105. I told her I'd review the website and hung up. Total scam folks. Stay away. They aren't going to do anything for you but take your money. read more

I am giving this company a 1 star because they do not have a no star review. This company is a bunch of frauds. They did absolutely nothing in helping me sell my car. I posted pictures, attached the car fax, never received one interested buyer, and sold it on my own. I was guaranteed my refund, in fact I have all the emails back and forth about this matter. They kept telling me that I would see my refund and that there was an issue with the department who process this. I sold this in June, it is now September and they keep ignoring my emails and not returning any of my phone calls. They require you to actually sell your vehicle with proof of title transfer (by the DMV) before they will issue refund. This is by far the biggest scam i've ever come across. Actually what tipped me off was that this was probably a useless business offer / scam was that I have been looking for a used car for 2 months and their website never came up in a search engine. When I asked the sales rep about this, she said she didn't know why that was and that they'd been in business for 12 years as if that legitimized them. Once Driven is a Scam ! I placed an ad on craiglist to sell my car. I asked to not to be contacted by solicitors. A few days later I was called by Once Driven. They said they had a buyer ready to buy my car. They said they use social media to advertise cars. All I needed to do was pay $189 to get my car listed with there company. They sounded convincing so I did it. Days later I founded out they didn't have a buyer but rest assured with there social media advertising system they would in just a few days and if I sold the car elsewhere they would refund my $189. Days became weeks. After three weeks I called them and they told me my assigned account rep was out getting married but rest assured the other team members were working on selling my car. Later the story changed to the person was out sick. Today when I called them they denied my rep was ever out ! Finally after nearly three months I sold the car through auto trader. I called Once Driven for my refund but they told me I had to sell it else where within the first 45 days to get back my $189. This company is a total scam. They prey on people trying to sell cars.
