(Note: They will be taking a break from Pearlridge Farmers Market after December 21, then return on January 11, 2025. Follow them on Instagram for their weekly menu offering and where they will be popping up. They have several dessert offerings such as banana bread, pumpkin bread, different cheesecakes, rice crispy brownies, and way more. All look good and they offer some samples to taste. What really stood out for me, and I ordered a whole bunch of them (20 bags) is their freeze dried pumpkin crunch cake to give as Christmas presents. They were to die for! I've had freeze dried candies before, and maybe other vendors make freeze dried pastries, but Pami's was the first to offer me a sample and I was sold! Light, crisp, airy, and so sweet and tasty. None of the flavor of the pumpkin crunch cake is lost in the freeze drying process. (They have a freeze drying machine.) I ordered them one week, for pick up the next, putting down half as down payment. The following Saturday (today) I went to pick them up and they were nicely bagged, waiting for me. They even gave me a thank you gift bag of their freeze dried malted balls (said to throw a couple in black coffee - can't wait to try it - sounds so delicious!) and a bag of freeze dried croissant bread pudding - yum! They said several other customers were picking up orders, too. They offer freeze dried banana bread and rice crispy treats, too. Have tried the banana bread and it takes banana bread to a whole different level when it's freeze dried. The flavors are much more concentrated, and turns it into a unique treat or gift. Will definitely return in the future when I need a gift, or want to treat myself!

Love that they've found a place at Fishcake in Kaka'ako and on Thursdays which is much more accessible for me and gosh it indeed was a great find. They had their Frozen Mousse and Pudding today and I was just all over their puddings as it's not too sweet but very light and smooth. - Original (Salted Caramel) - Matcha - Okinawan Ube - Pumpkin Spice There was just one pumpkin spice left :( so I got that, two matcha, two ube and one original and with every five items purchased they'll throw in an item of your choice for free...eeeee! It comes in a cute glass jar and I did try the matcha first and though the flavor is light and faint that I had to search for the matcha flavor it was a very nice and refreshing treat that I did feel so heavy after eating the whole jar. They guys are just a delight so nice and friendly and even have samples for the mousse which is yummy by the way but I just love pudding and now know that I'm able to find them right here is so nice and convenient for a quick treat. Thank you!

I love the cozy Japan vibes of this cafe. It's small with limited seating so I recommend doing to-go but it would be nice to have a coffee date here. My bf & I got two drinks to-go -- the matcha latte & yuzu choco oat cold brew. We both really enjoyed our drinks. I also got two bottled drinks -- the ume iced tea & lilikoi lemonade which were also sooo yum. The worker let me sample these two which was nice. I enjoyed the bottled drinks a couple days later, it was a refreshing treat. The staff were friendly & it didn't take long for us to get our drinks. The only challenge may be finding parking as they have only a few stalls in front. We ended up parking a little up the street on the opposite side. It was a short walk to the cafe & well worth it! Will be stopping by again soon for my matcha & tea fix.
