Called in to see if they could offer a screen replacement as their website clearly states "Glass Replacement". I was given an outrageous quote of something more than the price of the phone. I asked why and they said they'd also replace the LCD screen, and not just the glass. I asked, again, for just the glass replacement as that's all I need. The person on the phone became very rude, saying that he's not responsible for the website, gave me the F word and hung up. Their estimate is even higher than what Motorola will replace the phone for out of warranty! ($175 for Motorola vs. $275 from them to just fix the LCD). If they're this rude to a prospective client, I can only imagine what they'd do with someone who already paid or left them their valuables to be fixed. Don't be scammed, stay away! read more

The cleaning was OK but I specifically mentioned that this was for an airBnB (which they said they specialized in) and would not be back. They left many of the things out like all of our trash bags we thought they would have put. They left out my dog's bones and bowls as well. I also asked them to take pictures before they left which they didn't. My airBnB guests were not happy so I would not recommend them. read more

Great group of guys running this location. Most fortunately down the street from my office to save any tech catastrophes we have. My laptop + two tech guys = mayhem. We (my IT team) worked on it for over 8 hours to no avail. Took it to OnCallers, the crew worked on it for an hour, and back to PC hell/heaven. =) They are professional, friendly and explain every step of the process. Response to message from the company: This is a a small one bedroom, not a 2 bedroom. Regardless of your policy, $65 to mop floors and wipe down counters for an hour is ridiculous. At first, I was very happy with this company because I was able to book a house cleaner at the last minute when another company that I had scheduled to come clean had canceled on me the night before. They agreed to honor the same deal that the other company offered - 2.5 hours for $65. However, this is not what happened. The woman worked for just a little over an hour and then left. She did the floors and wiped down counter tops - nothing else. When I contacted them to ask for a partial refund, I was told no. So I just paid $65 to have someone do the bare minimum cleaning job for an hour. Unfortunately, I was not given any payment options upfront and paid the woman in cash. Otherwise, I would be disputing this charge on my credit card immediately. What a rip off! read more

If I could I would... Give them a big 0. This place is the worst. They fixed my phone screen and 2 days later it cracked again. They would do nothing about that. Don't go there if you can wait. They will not not anything good for you. And to make matters worse, their "repairs" void your warranty with the phone manufacturer. So even if there is a hard problem issue with your phone, they will no longer replace it because the phone has been altered. read more

I can't comment on their phone repair service, as I took my macbook there. But their service of my macbook was nothing short of appalling. Not only did they have no answers for me, but it took them two months of holding it hostage for a total feedback of nothing. In fact, I had to go into the store multiple times to check on the status of the repair, and each time I entered the store, it took 5 to 10 minutes for anyone to greet me. I'm not a vindictive or spiteful person, and I don't take any joy in writing a negative review; but in my honest opinion, this place is not a trustworthy or even functional repair establishment. I don't consider myself a vengeful person, which is why this is my first negative yelp review. However, this place is a scam and I'd hate to see anyone spend money here. I brought my phone here after I broke the LCD, causing the screen to stop working entirely. Because I have the active version of the Galaxy s5, they had to order a part, which I was told would take 3-5 days. I dropped it off on a Thursday, and when I still hadn't heard anything back by Tuesday, I called to check on it. They said they hadn't received the part yet, and that it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I understand that waiting for a part to arrive is out of their control, but 3-5 days is much different than 7-8 (especially when many professions, including mine, require a cell phone at all times). Regardless, I wasn't upset about that. Within minutes of picking my phone up that next Friday, I could tell that the screen wasn't attached as well as it should have been. The upper left corner felt like it was barely attached to the body of the phone, and felt like it was coming up. The entire screen was noticeably less responsive, and would sometimes not respond at all until the phone was restarted. A few days later, I pressed on the upper left hand corner because it looked like it was going to come off entirely, and under barely any pressure it cracked off and the entire LCD went out. I took it back to OnCallERS to see if there was anything that could be done. They fed me a bunch of weird lies (IE; that on Samsung phones, any time the screen cracks at all, the entire LCD goes out, which from experience, I can say is just not factual) and when I explained that some of the things they were telling me just weren't true, they shut down and said it wasn't their problem. After my stunned look and a few seconds of silence, the employee said he could possibly give me a discount, and went to talk to his manager. While waiting I overheard another young woman, clearly upset, angrily asking for her money back after they had failed to fix her phone. When the employee came back, he said that they would only charge me $190. Stunned, I responded "a $10 discount? Seriously?" to which he condescendingly responded "actually, it's $19". Needless to say, I left immediately and will not be returning. Save your money, take your phone somewhere that takes pride in their work and values their customers. read more

I have sadly had to use OnCallERS twice because I'm a giant klutz with my phone. BUT the experience both times has been great - and I won't go anywhere else to get my screen fixed/replaced. They continue to beat their 30min-1hour quote - getting my phone done last night in a mere 20 minutes - right before close (thanks again!) Ervis specifically was kind and helpful. I have used other screen repair places before (one specifically in SF) and they did a TERRIBLE job. The screen started popping off and changing colors within days. I also paid double for that work. I was told to just come in, they'd look @ it, if they didn;t have the part in-store would order and fix for me. I ended up doing it here because I didn't want to have to file a claim, wait for a new phone and end up paying a way higher fee than the reasonable price given at OnCallers. The staff here was very friendly, helpful, efficient and explained all the details throughout the process. In under an hour my iphone was fixed and good as new. Horrible experience!! I brought my iphone6 for a screen repair at this location instead of the apple store out of convenience since it was closer to my work. They fixed the screen for me but the very next day the screen started coming off the phone frame, When I tried to push it back in, the screen cracked. I brought the phone to them and requested a new screen, they totally shoved me off and told me they cant replace it since it was damaged even though the reason for the damage was their own poor screen change. When I went to the apple store to fix the screen, turns out the screen they installed messed up my phone and I had to pay 300$ to get a new one. Horrible experience!!! read more

sorry for the low review but i called for a quote to fix the toilet supply line pipe for my toilet tank. i sent in pictures to the damage truly its replacing one stainless steel flex supply line pipe, and quote was $250. the pipe on home depot cost is $6 tops, I was thinking with labor the job would be $100 to $125 tops. wow. that was insane. i broke my arm on the ice couple weeks ago that is why i couldn't do it my self. will not recommend at all. though the girl i spoke with was very nice. thank you, but no thank you. I just got an email "comment" back for my review. I will say that; I got call from two other vendors who stated they can do it for $130 and $95. I did the same thing I did with OnCallers sent them pictures of the issued pipe line on the toilet tank. These plumbers were not only competitive and reasonable but they also did price match. Sorry to write a bad review but OnCallers was horrendously overpriced unless the supply pipe line was made out gold, I cannot see how $250 is reasonable or competitive. read more

Do NOT use this service. This is my first time ever writing a Yelp review, and I felt it important enough to sign up so that I could write this. I went in with a cracked glass screen, the LCD screen was still working. They gave me a quote, I turned my phone in, and came back in an hour with the phone looking like new. When I got home with the phone, the earbud did not work for any calls, and it made a muffling sound when I attempted to call people. The "mute" button also would automatically go on during calls, so 5 minutes into speaking with someone I would learn that they did not hear anything that I said at all. So I went back in a SECOND time. They said that they "fixed" the earbud and that the mute button situation should fix itself if I updated my phone. I got home this time and yes the earbud problem went away, however the mute button still went on. Going back a THIRD time, they completely re-placed the screen again. I was confused this entire time why this wouldn't have been their first thought before. Getting home, the phone was even worse. I could barely text, it would take me 3 or 4 times to hit just the letter "a" or to try and get an emoji. Apps would not open and the phone was at its worst. Going back a FOURTH time, they said that they "fixed" the situation again, however they did not and I had to go back a FIFTH time. By this point I wanted my money back. To make everything worse, when I requested my money back, they agreed however they put my old, cracked phone screen back onto the phone. Why do they keep that? No idea. Terrible customer service. y Long story short, do NOT use this service. It was a complete waste of my money and time. My phone worked better when it had a cracked glass screen than when they touched it. read more
