One was ridiculously high (this is our second install plus another at my mother-in-laws, sister-in-law's, and our son's, so we have a pretty good idea about costs and what increases that cost). Hitech was responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and when they came out, there was an experienced electrician training a young journeyman electrician. They were both nice and made sure we were happy with the job. 18 months after intallation, my car started to send a message that it was sensing heat at the outlet and was turning off. When I called Hitec, they were very responsive and sent a tech out the next morning. He said they have not had any issues with the boxes, but he would check everything out. The only thing he found was that one of the four screws was not tight. He tightened it and told me that if I got a message again, to call them right back and they would send someone out to redo the work. We have not had any other issues. Their great reputation, immediate response and willingness to make sure the work is done right means we'll use them again for any future electrical work.

Found pipes that were not soldered just placed inside the heater and don't really know the person who came out was a plumber in fact. I would never use this company again. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court

My air conditioning unit stopped working at the WORST possible time. I called Rumpca Services and…read morehad someone out the same day. He found a family of mice had made my AC unit their home. There was so much damage that the unit was unsalvageable. An estimator came out that same day to talk to me about replacing the unit. It was over 15 years old so I was kind of expecting it. My furnace definitely needed tending to, and I realize replacing them both at the same time is typically recommended. The estimator did not pressure me whatsoever and I ended up getting a quote for a furnace and AC unit replacement. The quote was thorough and after researching everything, I determined it was a fair deal. I went ahead with the purchase and they were out a few days later to get the job done. I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly professional and personable everyone was. They did a stellar job replacing everything and I had no idea how big of a difference this upgrade would make. Additionally, the small details didn't go unnoticed. The new vent going outside, the thermostat and even the Rumpca sticker on the ducts were level and neat. I love supporting small businesses and this one has been around for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend Rumpca Services!

With our history of water troubles in our house we elected to go with an actual company to install our dishwasher instead of the contractor through the store. I did some Yelpsearch and read some great reviews with Rumpca Services. It was a simple process scheduling our installation. The day of our installation we received a call from Rumpca and our installer Miles advising us that he was on his way. He was right on time. Installation went great and they even disposed of our previous dishwasher. We received an email the next day with our bill. Payment process was easy. In fact from beginning to end the entire process was smooth. I believe we have found a new company to work with for upcoming needs. Friendly and professional service from Rumpca Services.

They did a beautiful job of heating the bedroom floor. We had heating units installed in the basement also. The key here is maintaining the unit and getting it cleaned out the first sign of winter. Matt - the owner (?) is out of town and even though he promised to get back to me 5 days ago - won't be back for another 4 days. I thought I'd give their small business some work, but clearly, they have no intention providing service or being a successful business. I suspect there are plenty of free scheduling apps they could use to improve the customer experience. Can you imagine if you called any other service company and they can't tell you anything about when they have an opening? Where their plumbers are? Build a queue. Seems too simple. I agree with the other negative reviews - I'm clearly a burden to them - especially the woman who answers the phone and in annoyed by the interruption in her "busy" day.
