Fortunately they sent over a new pool technician toay who was absolutely phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. Chrissy is highly professional, is great with customers and has been their saving grace. The five stars is for Chrissy and NOT for Dana, who I never want to step foot on my property again. BACKGROUND I'm in the process of relocating to Sarasota and was absolutely horrified when I took a water sample in to have it routinely tested while purchasing some new pool supplies. What I learned, was absolutely appalling, moreover, nearly fraudulent. There was zero chlorine in my pool, the PH was extremely high and the pool filter had not been cleaned in months. After contacting the company at 5:20pm, via their after hours emergency number, and then a second time after not hearing back from them, they finally called at 8:13pm. The next day, they proceeded to send over the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered working in a client facing role. Dana came into my home like a bull in a china shop. She lacked any compassion or empathy and was completely rude and condescending. She did not acknowledge the company's mistake nor apologize for any of the issues we were experiencing. Not only was she unprofessional, but she lacked basic pool knowledge regarding my equipment and usage. Even the people working at my house felt she was very sarcastic and rude. read more

I bought my house back in October, have never had a pool before, and was looking for a reliable, honest company to service my pool. I hired On-Time Pool Service and have been SO pleased with their service. The owner came personally to meet me, look at the pool and provide a quote. Aaron, the route manager has been awesome and have provided very valuable advice and instructions on the maintenance of my pool. My technician is Ted....what a great guy and awesome attitude!! Our pool pump stopped working just before the holiday weekend and Jason from On Time pool service made an appt for the following Monday to assess and repair. Received a text confirming that tech was on his way. Justin was able to get it going, reset schedule and answered all of my questions including recommending a Pentair pump when it is time to replace. my wife wanted the plastic cover on the pool light replaced and Justin went to the warehouse to get the exact replace,ent part needed and installed. The entire experience was top notch and I have not received such wonderful customer service in quite a while. The office staff-ALL the women who answer the phone are wonderful! They listen and do all they can to accommodate any concerns or schedule issues. I had an algae issue and they scheduled someone to come back for a second visit within 2 days. They should all be recognized as they are the first contact a customer has with On Time Pool Service!! I want to also give high praises to Ken Macke who came out for the above algae issue. He was not the weekly technician but came out 2 days later as the algae was still as issue. He was at our house a long time, cleaning the filter and going above and beyond to remove all the algae. He was knowledgeable, professional and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I have now talked with Aaron and Ismael several times and I continue to be impressed. Both are polite, patient and very willing to explain things until I understand. Aaron came several times...basically to "hand hold" and support us, including coming on his day off when he had to battle traffic that was the Women's March over the bridge! On another day, I watched Ismael handle an angry man who was very rude and actually, wrong. Ismael remained calm and polite. (It's not what happens to you but how you handle it!) I am astounded by the level of customer service and most importantly, the character of the people.....which is pretty comforting when you are inviting them into your home. On Time is the jam. Here's a story: I was at my mother in law's house. House-sitting. Also dog-sitting. Not the point. Anyway, knock at the door which scares me. Who hasn't seen Copycat with Sigourney Weaver, am I right? I answer and it's this nice guy, clean cut etc. and he says I'm here from the pool company to install this new pump part. He smelled great and he fixed the thing and was gone into the afternoon haze like a pool angel. Like the Johnny Appleseed of pool maintenance and repair just travelling from place to place fixing people's broken pool-related stuff. That's my story. I've had On Time Pool Service for two years now and am very pleased with this company. Kirk Bradley, the owner came out initially to explain his company's services. We decided on a once a week full service and couldn't be happier! Beau and Justin were/are our main technicians and have kept my pool sparkling clear and clean. They run my pump and heater, all I do is just let them know what temp I like and when. If any issues come up, everyone is right there promptly addressing it. After our first round with pool service left our pool green, I had no idea what to do. I decided to call Kirk and team. He came out, gave me an estimate, and told me what it would take to get the pool swimmable. He said that they make sure pools are blue. Wow! First of all, they stuck to the initial estimate which was completely reasonable. They came out regularly, exactly when they said they would, and now our pool is beautiful. We have done our own pool maintenance for 13 years, but lately age has caught up. We had fallen behind on the weekly work so we looked for a pool service that could get our pool back to a healthy state. My repair specialist, Justin showed up and in a short period of time was able to find the problem. The filter needed replacement, no water was coming out of the spray cap. After replacement of the filter the spray cap popped off due to the pressure flow of the water and it was not glued in place; guess who was back in a flash, Justin. Our heater (brand new) was not operating. Our pool guy Ishmael came at his regular time and ordered a call by their technical staff. Two young guys showed up an hour later and did a lot of trouble shooting to conclude finally that the problem was a loose wire in our circuit breaker. They fixed it and the pool is heating well.
