These people have the highest level of professionalism, skills, knowledge, integrity, and commitment. For months, my builder and I were trying to trouble shoot major HVAC problems in my newly remodel home and Mike with his team of skilled technicians, Justin, Carlos, and Dustin, were asked to help. They figured what the installer or other HVAC professionals could not. They are incredible and rare in this profession. They actually listen and hear you. I am a highly critical and demanding customer and these guys blew me away with their consistent professionalism and persistent to correct the problems. THANK YOU MIKE, JUSTIN, CARLOS, AND DUSTIN for all that you did. Ferial read more

We've used this company since I moved to Murrieta 4years ago for things ranging from a service request, to maintenance plan on our AC units. We have purchased new AC units from them for our first home that's now a rental, and our current home. They always have good communication and take good care of us. Definitely recommend them! read more

I was looking for a company that could come by with a quick notice , they were able to squeeze me in a few hours after I called!! The Google nest thermostat I installed was giving me an error message, I couldn't get my air to work. I gave them a call & they promptly had someone come to my home to fix it. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable, he showed my husband exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly. I will absolutely continue to use then for all my home HVAC needs! read more

The owner called today to apologize for the service i had, and i really appreciated that. He said he talked with the service tech that came out to my house and explained to him what went wrong. Like I said yesterday, time had a great response time, and I had excellent service the first time i used them. The owner even offered to bring out portable heaters. Tha ks for the offer. I actually had a good experience at one time with this company during the heat of the summer. The service tech was awesome. The one that came out today to service my heater only tried to up sell me on everything. My unit has been working amazing for the last 20 yrs. And he tried to say everything was out of date, had a problem and said to buy a new unit. Kicked him out of my house. read more

Initial rating before the job schedule on Tuesday. Request quotes on a holiday weekend and Ricky was able to come out that day with a service fee but if we do decide to use them the fee would be waived. Ricky was amazing. I thought it was a clog in the condensation duct since water was dripping and pulling in the heater below but it turn out the clog was from the pan area since he ruled it out by pouring a gallon of water down the main drain and about the same amount came out. Our son has eczema and all their portable units are being used in other jobs. He took a few hours, open the condensation area and clean the rust from the area from the coils and clear some of the drain (clogged from the rust) so that we can have some ac over the hot long holiday weekend. Ricky is really the main reason we chose to get a whole new system. He is so caring and took effort, and so we feel assured when Gus came and offer pricing on various maintenance plans and warranties. Ricky took time to explain the Freon being used is being phase out by epa and our HVAC is the original 27 years old. The new system should also have the auto shut off in case of backflow. Will update after the install. read more

On Time home services, specifically Ricky, Gus and Matthew were great! Our 18 year old air conditioner stopped working and they came quickly to assess and give us our options. I felt they were honest and patient. I never felt pressured. We did get a quote from another company and ultimately went with On Time. They were able to get us on the schedule to get a new AC installed right away, which was awesome and so appreciated. They have great communication and were very professional. We are super happy with our choice and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

We are in the process of selling our house and the buyers requested an over look of the AC unit and they asked for On Time and we are so glad they requested them. Alex came out first thing the next morning and looked into depth at what the inspector found. He gave us an instant quote on what it would be to have it running up to par and was able to fit us in right away. The price was super fair and the work looks amazing! Our AC has never sounded so smooth as it does now. Thank you Alex, you are an awesome person and it was a pleasure doing business with you! read more

Our upstairs A/C stopped working on Friday afternoon. The actual unit would buzz for a couple seconds, then click, and the fan wouldn't come on. I contacted On Time Services and they were able to come out next day (today). In the interim I did some looking on YouTube and saw that the problem was most likely due to a bad capacitor. Alex was the assigned tech and he was really awesome and easy to work with. As encouraged by the company, I watched him perform the service. He was thorough and talked me through the things he was doing. The issue was indeed the capacitor. He installed a 60 + 10uf capacitor. The charge for the entire service was $263. What I paid for was classified as the "bandaid" solution and consisted of diagnosing and replacing the capacitor, tightening some of the electric connections, and verifying the fix was working properly. Alex was here in total for about 30-40 minutes. I took a picture of the capacitor installed and it is $20 on amazon, so it did seem a steep that this was the "bandaid" fix but the job got done and everything is working well. I asked if he would replace the other capacitor because I assume it's on its way out, but it would have been an additional $263 so I declined. I did see how easy it was to do, so if it does go out on my other unit, I'll feel very confident doing the repair myself. I do think that the price I was charged was higher than it should be, but I did have a positive experience from the time I contacted OnTime to them leaving. Alex did tell me about a membership plan I could have signed up for that would have been $169 per system per year. I don't know enough about current market prices for servicing AC and Furnace, so I'm going to call around before I sign up. I did ask how much a single service call would be and I was told $79 (or $158 for two visits) which doesn't make a whole lot of sense that I'd pay more for signing up for a membership. read more

My air condtioning went out the first day of a week long heat wave. I called OnTime as they had been recommended to me. They sent a tech out the first thing in the morning and called to give me his ETA. Alex arrived on time and was ready to go. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be addressed. He repaired my leak and mg unit was up and running in no time. He was professional and pleasant and an extremely good representation of the company. I couldn't be happier and have booked them back out to give my unit a good cleaning. Thank you to them for doing such a great job. And thank you Alex! read more

Gus was great, I set up an appointment they were quick to my needs they showed up on time. I called for a quote and Gus came up with a couple of ways for me to go about my Ac and heat.. when I do decide to get my unit installed I'm most def calling On Time Home Services So after doing my research on local AC and heat company's around my area and outside my area On Time Home Services by far had the best prices and best reviews! I had them over my house for a quote early December as I was talking to Different company's and getting feed back on ideas on how to go about installing my system. Two weeks ago my wife and I finally made a decision on who to go with and and On Time was our decision. Bob and John were my installers, super friendly and super knowledgeable guys they knew exactly what I wanted and my expectations. Don't waste your time with other company's you won't regret it Thanks Gus! read more

Mike the owner over charged us and under-performed. We spent over $20,000 on new air and heating units and ducting. Ducting needed to be redone several times. Unit is very noisy. Mike and his brother who own On Time wanted more money to fix the problems. No follow up or support. I put my trust in them and I feel totally ripped off. Go elsewhere and save yourself lots of expense and headache. Brad T read more

I want to give a shout out for great service to Alex, Omar & Austin. Alex performed the follow up maintenance for the heater/furnace a few weeks ago and suggested that my attic insulation would be more energy efficient if I added more insulation. I decided to update my attic insulation and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from these guys. Very thorough with clean up and friendly. I definitely recommend this company for your heating/cooling projects. Sandy D read more

I've been waiting two weeks for my quote to be sent. They said they went out to do an estimate and I called 4 times to see when this would be sent to me and I STILL have not received. I do not recommend. read more

Highly recommend this business. They're honest and not gauging price on repair unlike some other company. I would like to give one of their technician, Gus, a big 5 star review as he is very kind honest and trustworthy. Been using this company since 2018 and they always fix the problem. Way to go guys....may God give you more blessing for what you do to your customer! read more

Had many problem with my A/C. It wouldn't keep cool. They came out the very next day to diagnose and tell us the problem. They fix it right away before the heat came. Thank you and they come in for maintenance every 3 months for air filter and check on our unit to see if it run smoothly. read more

A little on the pricy side, but like the saying goes - You get what you pay for - and in this case, a great job. What really sold me, and made me feel good with going with the more expensive option was the owner. Not only was the technician knowledgable and professional, but the owner of business was there for the initial accessment, and throughout the job to ensure everything was done right. That personal touch by the owner made the whole ordeal a very positive experience. You don't see that kind of service very often these days. I highly recommend On Time Home Services. So, middle of summer and of course our 30 year old A/C went out at peak heat. We reached out to a few different companies and On-Time was the quickest to respond and also the quickest to be able to get someone on site. The technician took a look and diagnosed that it was an electrical issue. He isn't an electrician and was unable to repair, but I mentioned that it was probably time to replace it anyways. The tech was able to get us set up with the owner the next afternoon to discuss what our options look like for replacement. He did a thorough review and was able to present us multiple options of varying costs. They also have financing options available. We opted for an a la carte with the pieces that we felt were the most important (including a new furnace). They placed the order and were back to install within 3 days (even supplied is with a portable a/c) while we waited! After install there was a hiccup with our thermostat and they sent someone out same day. There also needed to be an adjustment to the furnace for speed and they were able to make it out same day to do it. They have been extremely responsive and accommodating. Even if you are looking to go with a big name company, I would recommend bringing in On Time to give you a second opinion. I have had the utmost confidence from the moment the tech came out and appreciate that it's a local, family owned company. It definitely feels that way. Thanks! read more

I had a five star experience when dealing with On Time Home Services. My AC went out in June, 2019. It needed repairs and had required service several times in the past few years. I had always used On Time for the servicing. On this day, after their evaluation, I inquired about getting a new unit. Alex called the office and spoke with Mike who sent Gus over to discuss. I ended up purchasing a very high quality unit with Lifetime warranties. I love my AC unit. It is quiet, efficient and my electric bill was lowered considerably. Recently I needed some help to get the heat running for the first time. I called the office and spoke with Cindy. She sent Gus who arrive about 1-2 hours later. I thought that was fantastic. Gus got the heat running and explained everything to me so I could understand what had happened. The team from On Time Home Services has been fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their heating and/or air conditioning. They are dependable, friendly, polite and a pleasure to work with. Thanks team: Janet, Cindy, Alex, Gus and Mike. You're the best! Best Regards, Nancy read more

Gus was hands-down one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with--ever. He was so kind, so caring, and really spent the time working with me to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. He even spent extra time teaching me about the ins and outs of what I had just bought, even though he really didn't have to. Gus loves what he does, loves the company he works for and really makes that obvious in everything that he does. I couldn't say enough nice things about this company and especially Gus. I will buy everything that I possibly can from them just to get the level of customer service that they provide. Gus had been to my house just once before and he remembered my dad's name, my mom's name and details about them, even though it was A YEAR prior. He is the definition of amazing customer service!!! read more

Alex W, the Service Technician, arrived at my condo on time and was very pleasant, thorough as well as professional with me. I felt very comfortable asking him questions regarding my A/C and Heating. He is very knowledgeable and gave me the information I ask for as well as discussed a Maintenance Plan, which is very reasonable. With the severe weather that seems here to stay, our systems are better off with a good company that can get in touch with us and remind us to have them clean and functioning at their very best, not to exclude safety. Peggy was also very nice and called to let me know exactly when to expect Alex just in case I had anything else to do. That's not something that very many companies will be so considerate about. Thank you for the great service Nancy S. read more
