I'm calling out the employee of On Time Home Services, who endangered multiple people this morning with his/her erratic driving on Rancho California Rd. at Monte de Oro Rd. at 5:53 AM 4/28/25. Apparently they were unhappy with the progress they were making behind an EDCO semi truck, so they illegally passed 6 vehicles including the EDCO semi truck at a high rate of speed, in a dedicated "right turn only" lane, blowing through the 4-way stop sign intersection. Thank you for having a bright orange work vehicle with clearly marked business information, so I know who to NEVER contact for services. If your staff display this much lacks of concern to fellow drivers on the road, I can't imagine they would show any level of professionalism in my home. read more

We hired this group to install 2 new ac units for our 2 story home. The owner came out and showed us all the options and did a great job of walking us through the right decision with no pressure. His crew came out a few days later and had the entire thing done in 2 days. They were clean, quiet, and quick. They even made balloon animals for my two youngest boys. The only issue with the dry wall contractor that took 2 days to dry wall a 2x2 foot wall. The place was left a mess with drywall, dust, and texture on the walls, floors, stairs, and bed room doors. It was also mentioned how he wasn't very happy with his work, or the work of the ac company, which as you can imagine for someone who just spend $30k, wasn't reassuring to hear. Also with 2 kids at home I don't appreciate the cursing while doing the job. Net-net the group did a good job and I'll hire them again but would want to vet out any sub contractors they have doing work. read more

From start to finish, they were very professional and great to work with. Everyone from Cindy on the phone, Michael in working with my wife, to every single one of the guys that were sent into our home, the duct work guys, the drywaller, the ac and setup guys, all of them over the 3 days they did work here; they all worked hard, acted professional, gave their best (in extreme heat as well) and as of now we have zero issues. Mikie was polite, professional, and has excellent communication and people skills. He did a phenomenal job and replaced the duct tape repair job ‍ the landlord did years ago with a clamp that will hold the dryer vent duct in place for a long time. He knows his job and he does it very well. Without any hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Mikie and this company. I left them a review for their great service and they left such a great impression that when I needed help with the AC units at my house, they were the first company that came to mind. Turns out that we needed to replace AND move both AC units. My biggest concern was the price but, after reviewing a couple local businesses, we decided to go with On Time for our replacements. Not only because they gave us a great price on their products, installations, and labor. They continue to wow us with their exceptional attitudes. Todd Byers is excellent and clearly explained the problem to be the capacitor on the condenser units. He even recommended some upgrades to minimize voltage spikes. I've have 2 service technicians come for our heating and ac unit for maintenance and both Alex and Gus are great. I like the fact that they care enough to put in shoe covers to make sure my floors don't get dirty. Just shows they care. They also explain what their findings are and what they did as well as recommendations. They also took photos and showed and explained to me any potential issues or recommendations that they have without the pushy sales talk. I just signed another 3 year maintenance contract with them. Customer loyalty to a business is of ultimate importance when choosing a specific service provider for yourself. Reviews such as mine are how you, as a Yelp user, can separate the fly by night from the dependable. On Time Home Services has been one such dependable business for us. We found them several years ago, and have been so satisfied, we have continued to keep them as our heating and cooling experts. They resolved a serious problem with our central air conditioning unit that had plagued us with problems for many years. No other business had the expertise to see what the real problem was. Our downstairs unit would literally ice up and shut down like clockwork each summer during peak performance times. A Mickey Mouse solution would allow us to limp through a heat wave. But then the following summer, it would break down again. Each time I'd try another highly rated repair service. We spent tons of money on repairs and new units. When On Time Home Services first came out, that was when we were told the problems was with the initial installation of ducting, vents, and intake, plus an air conditioning unit whose capacity was way too large for our house. Bigger is not always better. Their solution involved a installing a secondary intake vent and ducting to a challenging part of the house and installing a new air conditioning unit that was the proper size. What a difference that made. We have been incredibly happy and relieved over the end results and the house has never been so comfortable. The other service we have been very pleased with is their Protection Plan for preventive maintenance. This optional maintenance plan provides service for both our heating and air conditioning units. This may seem expensive on it's face, but the truth is that living in a desert influenced climate such as ours means our units are heavily taxed and need regular maintenance to perform at their peak. The very thorough maintenance is performed twice yearly for each unit. They call to schedule right before peak season for each, so we do not have the onus of having to remember ourselves. It has been a very good investment. One of the best parts has been the technicians who are assigned to come to our house. The first few years, they made sure it was Tyler each and every time. We loved his work, but then Tyler decided to move on and left the company. So this year, we were introduced to Gus who has been with this company for many years and is mentioned highly in many Yelp reviews. These men know the importance of good customer service and will bend over backwards to do the best job possible. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with Gus in the future. I applaud Home Time for hiring such loyal, highly skilled, professional employees. The very next day, the office staff does a follow up call to make sure everything has been done and that we are satisfied. And yes, the name, On Time..., is exactly what they have been, always dependable, arriving on time for their appointments. They always look clean, are meticulous at cleaning up after they complete their tasks, and make sure we are well informed before they leave. Loyal is the word. read more

I moved to Temecula at the end of 2020 with an AC unit almost 30 years old. AC stopped working at the start of the heat wave towards the end of June 2021. OnTime came out the next day, completed a full service and I opted to buy a new HVAC/Furnace than to deal with repairs. Within a week, I had a brand new unit, and AC working during the heat wave. Mike, Ricky, Matt, Miguel, the ladies at the office, and Gus were all superb in their roles of getting my request completed. I was very satisfied with everyone's work and commitment to getting me squared away, but must point out one additional service provided by OnTime that sets them apart from other companies I've dealt with... their quality check performed by Gus... 30 days later, I'm thinking there's nothing left to worry about, but here comes Gus checking every aspect of the new unit, and found a leak into the garage that would have ended up costing me a lot of money and he was there fixing it and making certain that I understood everything he did so I'd know in the future of what to do. Thank you for your response. I fully understand that emergencies can come up. I have taken care of family members at the end of life and understand the need for air conditioning and electrical power. However, we were not told that there were emergencies. We were told that our technician was having problems and would arrive closer to noon. I appreciated that call and anticipated his arrival around noon. The next call was not until 1:00 and then we were told he should be there within 45 minutes as he had to get gas. After waiting 4 hours, we gave up. If indeed you run into emergency calls, you should consider letting scheduled maintenance calls know so they can have the option to reschedule rather than waiting around for hours. read more

Like I said yesterday, time had a great response time, and I had excellent service the first time i used them. The owner even offered to bring out portable heaters. Tha ks for the offer.
