I looked around and read a lot of reviews. We had Camflo replace an aging HVAC system and we were a little outside their normal service area. I was adamant that I wanted Camflo based upon their reviews, they did not disappointment Kudos to Ruben, he is professional, responsive and knowledgeable and took the time to review the job beforehand. Logan performed the complete removal and install and did an absolutely amazing job. The quality of the workmanship and the overall professionalism was such a welcome relief from other contractors. First, Jacoby came out after hours on one of the coldest days of the year and did an excellent job getting our furnace up and running when it had unexpectedly quit working, he was thorough with he work and found it was something unusual causing the issues. He then went above and beyond by following up to ensure everything was operating properly and that we remained safe and warm. Our tune-up with Micah was also a great experience--he was kind, focused, and efficient. We are very grateful for Camflo's quick response, hard work, and reliable, efficient service. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Baker, and several competitors, after reading several reviews about them and their competitors. M.P. Baker was the only company to return my call. Although they couldn't get an electrician in that day, Kyle was dispatched for the following morning. Kyle arrived wearing ppe, opened up the breaker box, and determined that the main circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Kyle called around for a replacement (apparently whoever rewired the house installed an oddball circuit breaker) but the closest location was in Indianapolis. I had the day off from work so I volunteered to go get it (plus it guaranteed we would have power that day). After I returned with the part, Kyle installed and tested it, in about an hour. The labor rate was reasonable and about what I expected. The circuit breaker ended up costing $400, twice what I expected. Would I use them again? Yes, although a bit pricey overall.

Last night, my MIL called a " big name" plumbing company in an emergency situation and after 10 minute of snaking the drain, we were told that she had a collapse pipe and that she would need to dig up her yard and possibly part of her home in order to repair it. My mother-in-law was beside herself in tears and the fear that she was gonna have to spend 10k+ in repairs. I had used reliable sewer and drain in the past for my own home and knew that I needed to get a second opinion from him! I called him first thing in the morning, and he came out early afternoon same day! Within minutes, he was able to give us the wonderful news that we did not have a collapsed pipe and that it was just a bunch of tiny roots. He put the toilet back on for us and got her all back up and running! He also noticed that our shower drain wasn't right! It had always been stuck half way since we moved in over a year ago but my MIL never thought to really fix it! He took a look and fixed it quickly! I am so thankful that I came across reliable sewer and drain and will no longer let anybody in my family use anyone else!
