They simply didn't pay attention. Not only did they kill many plants but also fish in our backyard ornamental pond. Originally, they asked for a quote to replace our native plants but now refuse to call back or follow through. After speaking with the homeowner at the correct address we discovered that they still billed them! Terrible company, terrible customer service! I wish I could leave zero stars!
