It really makes them stand out amongst all the lawn care companies. Plus they are affordable and polite. My only complaint would be their communication. They serviced our lawn a day late and didn't let us know, so we had contacted another lawn care company for a quote when we did not receive a return call back about "missed" day. I would give a 4.5 if possible, purely for the lack of communication, but closer to a 5 than a 4 since i had to choose. All in all I would absolutely recommend them for your lawn care needs.

I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them. Just note the owner and mower is a bit bucolic and is not a man of many words. He does what he says and that was good enough for me. I will have them as long as they will have me.

It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up. Got in a disagreement because he came out for a sod job and didn't have the dimensions correct /…read moreenough supplies. Ended up wanting me to pay way more than our agreed upon price. Misunderstandings happen but I'm leaving the review because I think it's absurd that he wouldn't have measured the 20x20 square patch before starting the job. I cancelled the rest of the work. He assured me I wouldn't find sod anywhere else for some reason. But I just called a supplier the next day and did the job myself.
