It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up.
