It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up. Misunderstandings happen but I'm leaving the review because I think it's absurd that he wouldn't have measured the 20x20 square patch before starting the job. I cancelled the rest of the work. He assured me I wouldn't find sod anywhere else for some reason. But I just called a supplier the next day and did the job myself.
