The quality is atrocious and has no chance of making it, the workers are super lazy. There are more rocks than dirt in the soil, they left plastic bottles of water underneath the netting for the grass seed... I water my lawn everyday, I've tried different fertilizers and disease control, etc. They even incorrectly divided our a d our neighbors yards so the land allotment isn't correct to what we own! Just a really bad experience. The builder had them come out to redo a lot of the lawn and so far it's nothing but dirt and rocks

He skipped over several of the tree branches I pointed out to him before he gave me the quote. When I would ask him about the areas he missed, he cut me off arguing those would cost extra money. In the end, he was in such a rush he left without raking up the twigs and smaller branches that were scattered throughout the yard. He also left without telling me about the damage he did to my house. After arguing all day with him, I gave up and called a repair man to fix it forcing me to stay home another day. I'm not a pushy person. I don't ask for extras because I feel guilty asking - I didn't even negotiate the price....but I expected him to live up to his promise and make some attempt at "satisfaction guaranteed." I'm not even sure I got the "bare minimum" -- feel like I was taken advantage of...I certainly didn't get my money's worth.
