Trying to get in touch with customer service for a refund is a nightmare (bot and app only). We spent close to $150 for the service, and all they would offer (via email) was a $50 credit toward a future service. This is pointless as we will not be using the company again. So, we are out the cost of the service plus the cost of the plants we will have to replace. They make it almost impossible to discuss anything with an actual company rep. Once you set up an account and download their app, you are trapped.

There was no offer to rectify breaking their word. I let them know that trust is important and that I will be cancelling and their response was: "Sounds good. No clear communication was done. Hope you have a great future". And now I am unable to give a rating on their app.

They were able to work around our schedule. The guys doing the removal were great. Took everything down and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work. Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service.
