They said they were installed backwards. They were professional and prompt and the issues are resolved. Due to no one showing up on to one of the scheduled days, the owner calling me a liar on Facebook (I wrote a review there too) and it taking 3 visits to have the showers fixed due to them improperly installing the parts in the first place, I would still not recommend this company. Second Update after they responded and said they didn't work on our rental property: Snappy Services saying they didn't install shower valves as of 4-21. Not only did they install one, they came back and installed a second one after it broke in our master bathroom last week. Again, they installed that one incorrectly. They have been ordered by Goal Properties Indiana to come back out to my residence and re-work the improper installation. Nice try Snappy Services. I'll be sharing your response with the maintenance manager from Goal Properties Indiana and you can take it up with them as one of their subcontractor. Original review: Extremely unprofessional. After having a detailed and lengthy conversation with Geoff, he was able to give a lot of great advice of how to proceed with a self assessment after the tank was pumped. It turns out that a leaky toilet was the cause of a saturated leach field and a failure on the initial stress test. Although I didn't need Lamb Excavating to do any work this time, I look forward to working with them on any future projects.

Outstanding Service!…read more Saul and his crew are efficient, coordinated and well trained; they tackled two 110 feet+ tall Maple trees in one day! This was a very dangerous job: one tree, with a 40-inch trunk diameter was close to the house, with large limbs overhanging the roof, and the other tree was tucked away on the side of the house with difficult access. All the men observed appropriate safety precautions with hard hats, face shields and harnesses while dissecting the trees, limb by limb until it was safe to fell the main trunks. Finally, the massive trunk base was ground away and every scrap of leftover branches were cleaned up and chipped into their grinder.
