We were extremely satisfied yesterday with tree removal by All Points Tree Service. From cost estimate to booking and the day of service, All Points was efficient and professional -- and their price was the best we'd been offered in 10 weeks of looking for a provider. All Points crew took down a large dead tree in our back yard that was hanging dangerously over our house -- without harming our roof or a nearby birdfeeder. They even did a super job of cleaning up all logs and sticks that were in the vicinity. We were extremely pleased and we will recommend All Points to our neighbors and friends. read more

Dealing with them was typical unprofessional business found these days. They jerked around the price and over charged big time. They said there was a day rate and then proceeded to leave just enough undone for the next day so they could charge more. The job could have been finished in one day. There were many times when the crew was standing around staring at their phones. The job did get done but it was sloppy. There were still limbs and pieces left that had to be cleaned up as well as clogged gutters. When attempting to negotiate the cost, they had a lame excuse for everything that was pointed out about the job. If you need tree service, call somebody else. read more

Awful communication. Show up and remove your tree have you explicitly asked them to contact you before showing up. No note in their estimate that they can come and go as they please so didn't think that would happen. Got home and they were halfway through taking the tree down so I let them finish. They left our gate to our backyard open, 2 items of theirs and all of our property that they moved they didn't move back. Owner has been nothing but a terrible communicator and rude at best. Nothing to say here except never use these people. Find someone else that knows how to pick up a phone or send an email. read more

Matt was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! They (Larry) came by my home to get a look at the job and I had a quote within 24-48 after submitting a request online; price was more than fair and the job was complete before lunchtime a few days after scheduling (with a one-day delay for rain which Matt called and told me about the day before the storm). Got home from work and the job was complete with no trace anyone was there (other than the two trees that were removed lol). I had a couple of trees that were sick and Joe from all points came out and gave me a quote. He sent me the quote within a couple of days, but the quote that he sent was unclear if the price was per treatment or for all of them. I responded to his email asking for clarification. No response. I left him a voicemail. No response. I sent another email. no response. I'm done begging him to call me back. Apparently he has better things to do than to follow up with a potential customer. read more

The representative I spoke with on the phone was verry helpful and informative. They came to remove our tree when they said they would. When the crew came to take down our damaged tree, they were very efficient and and very professional. They were careful not to damage existing landscape in the area.
