Stump not cut all the way

Come get an estimate here. If you want your job to never been finished. 2 missed appointments with calls and 3 no call no shows. Stay away they never come back to finish!! I might add as well they have been paid in FULL! Very unprofessional!

Great customer service! Great about getting back to you. Very fair pricing on my firewood. I'm thrilled.

The wood is the best quality I have burned, so I suck it up and pay the premium fee. We recently had 3 ricks of oak dropped at our house, we built nice wood racks that are sized not quite 8 feet long, and generally stack 4 ft. high. I got around to stacking in 2 different sessions. I thought the load looked light, but still decided to order 2 more ricks. After doing so, I was able to finish stacking my already received 3 ricks. And we were WAY short. I look pictures, gave measurements, even took a video with a measuring tape to assure the staff/owner that the racks were not bigger than stated. Since I was expecting to get more wood dropped, I had hoped that they had realized that maybe they made an honest mistake and only loaded 2 ricks, which about was what I got (69.2 square ft, just over 2 ricks worth). I asked to possibly give me a bit of a discount on the seond delivery, since I had the proof and still was going to get more, but the owner was adamant that he had loaded 3 ricks. Even with video proof and an offer to come and see for himself, he was rigid and was kind of like I know we loaded 3 bags (each bag can hold 1 rick). Maybe the bags were not full - or maybe only 2 ricks were loaded. I was disappointed that he was not willing to meet me half way, being a repeat customer. This was the first issue we have ever had - so not a habitual "complainer" but I want what I paid for. So, I chalked it up to a loss and will keep the wood in bags going forward, so there are no mistakes (just fill them all the way). The very polite young man that came this am to dump my wood (in bags, this time) came around to the wood piles and agreed that what he saw was well short of 3 ricks. He said he would tell him that too, which I didn't ask him to do. And the invoice had something nasty written on it about me - that probably wasn't meant for me to see - whatever. I don't expect to get any refund or wood to make up for the deficiency *which amounts to about $200* of what was first delivered. My advice if you use their service. Keep the wood in bags so you don't get bamboozeled like me and trust that what you order is what you are going to get. If you can pick it up, do that. I had to have it delivered, and it's not a short drive to my house, so I paid for delivery and wood and got about 66% of what I paid for regarding the 3 ricks. This is a business, but this definitely seemed like shady business to me. And no regard for the customer's PROOF of what was (or wasn't, rather) delivered. The front office woman was very nice and listened to my concerns, she seemed truly sorry - and I am sorry for her to have to deliver me the message. I don't know if she penned the nasty note on my invoice, but I did also share that with her. The measurements of the wood on the racks were 7.3 x 4 sq ft, 7.3 x 4.3 ft sq, 7.3 x 1 ft sq, and a small stack of misshapen pieces that was 3.5 x 1 ft sq (and that is generous). Total 69.2 ft sq. Should have been 96 ft sq for 3 ricks. WAY SHORT and this is too expensive to short your customers who are throwing you business in the summer months. I would make sure that you get what you paid for and you can't trust that what is loosely delivered in a truck load is actually the amount you paid for. Learn from me, please. I don't mind paying the money, but I do expect to get what I paid for. In this case, I did not. provided proof, even was validated by an employee visually in person, and the owner did not care. Got their money and was like too bad. An expensive lesson that some businesses may exploit your trust in them to their benefit.
