We didn't know what they would do, if anything, since the severe storm was an "act of God". The next day, two men were at our door ready to plant a brand new tree! Of course, they did an excellent job! We are so grateful for the amazing customer service we received from absolutely everyone involved. We are customers for life! We highly recommend this company! It also doesn't hurt that it's a stone throw from Traders Point Creamery for ice cream after. ;) We popped in to see what spring selections they had available to kickstart our bushes, vegetables and more. We were a few days ahead of some shipments coming in so we weren't able to find too much quite yet. It was still an enjoyable visit to see the earlier blooms and how everything is laid out. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. You will find everything from wind chimes, tropical plants, fairly mature trees, and birdseed here.
