Despite assurances that my lawn would be serviced before my departure on Sunday, April 28th, I was sorely disappointed. No service was provided the Saturday agreed upon, and I received no communication about rescheduling until late Monday night, after I had already left town. We agreed to reschedule his service for Tuesday the next day. Upon my return back to town, I found the quality of the service lacking, and my expectations were clearly not met. Despite the discussion we had regarding expectations, no invoice was provided after the mowing on Tuesday. To my surprise, without my consent, Mr. Sanchez scheduled and performed an additional mowing, only four days after the initial one. It was only after this second mowing that I finally received an invoice, yet still without any attempt at communication from Mr. Sanchez. Despite my disappointment and the lack of satisfactory service, work had been done. Against my better judgement, I decided to also pay for the work not asked for, expecting at least an acknowledgment of the issues I raised. However, instead of addressing my concerns, after receiving my payment Mr. Sanchez chose to criticize both me and my lawn, labeling it as "mostly weeds and crabgrass" and "horrible." I received this response, after having fully paying Mr. Sanchez for work not asked for. It is this lack of professionalism and accountability that is deeply concerning. Despite Mr. Sanchez's initial pleasant demeanor, the reality of his poor service and disregard for customer courtesy, and satisfaction speaks volumes. His failure to communicate, fulfill expectations, and handle criticism professionally reflects poorly on Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC. In retrospect, I cannot in good conscience recommend Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC to anyone. It's evident that Mr. Sanchez prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and lacks the professionalism required to run a reputable business. A follow-up message from Mr. Sanchez further exemplifies his unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issues raised, he chooses to blame the customer and disparage their property. This behavior is unacceptable and only reinforces my decision to steer clear of his services in the future. You can certainly judge for yourself if my property was as described by Mr. Sanchez. I have provided photos. In conclusion, potential customers should exercise caution and consider alternative options for their lawn care needs. It's clear that Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC falls short of delivering the quality and professionalism one would expect from a reputable service provider. Buyer beware.
