The communication of what I expected and what I paid for did not meet the outcome of service recd. Topping and pruning are two different things. Make sure you mark, spray paint whatever you have to do to clarify communications. My mistake in thinking they could do the job I asked them to do. Very disappointed, I still have trees taller than the house, I rec'd all pruned trees which will only get taller and cause more damage. It's why I needed them shorter in the first place after one fell on my car. The one star is for the cleanup they did do right and the one tree they actually removed. 4700 job that was not worth the outcome of what should have been done right of what I asked for.

I requested removal of one large tree and it's stump, and removal of another fairly large tree that was wrapped up in cable and power lines (the city wouldn't do anything about it like they were used to do now it's up to the homeowner). I was impressed with how careful they were with trimming each branch and making certain nothing hit the home through the process despite the branches growing right up against and over the house. I was also impressed by how friendly their crew was and the attention to details (they moved all of my pots from the porch and not a black walnut was to be found after they were finished). Five stars alone for being so diligent about cleaning up the post trimming mess and dozens upon dozens of black walnuts. In summary: highly recommend.
