The tree had fallen on my fence and the entire root bulb was uprooted. They came out to remove the tree THE NEXT DAY! They were so professional with all the right equipment to do a perfect job and even saved my fence! I don't know how anyone could have done a better job. The thing that really impressed me was how knowledgeable they were their friendly yet professional demeanor. They trunk was removed and everything (including my fence) looked perfect when they left. What could have been a very stressful situation was instead fascinating to watch.

I had 25-30 Austree (willow family) trees that had gotten close to their full life expectancy, had…read moregrown too tall and most had some sort of bug eating them so they were full of large dead branches. The trees regularly dropped twigs and small branches too. My neighbor Karla had 12-18 of the same trees in the same condition with one of the larger ones leaning on her house with roots up out of the ground from that tree in my yard. We contacted Kelly Crockett who came out and provided a written quote and returned within days with an amazing crew. I think there were 10-12 men working at once. They showed up at 9:30am and began working right away and wrapped up a little after 8pm. These men never stopped moving! They used a bucket truck to handle some of the larger trees. They had tree climbers that got up in the trees and worked from there. They worked in close quarters and I was amazed at the control they had of these large trunks and branches. They hauled off all of the debris and chipped the trunks and branches into waiting trucks on the street. Then these hulking men worked their way through our yards raking up small twigs and debris as well as a couple guys with blowers getting even more. ( I didn't have them grind down or remove the stumps... that was my choice. My neighbor had hers removed. ) I was amazed by their professionalism and courteousness as they worked. If they saw me standing outside ( I was amazed at their skill, so I watched alot!) they would stop and ask if I needed anything or how they could help. I wish I could do them justice. I was in awe of the skill and amazed at their professional and courteous demeanor. I just can't find the words to adequately express it! I would happily refer this crew to anyone who needs tree work done. They do so much more than cut trees down...they trim and care for them. Give them a call! They will WOW you too!!!

No one on Kelly crew talked to my sister she came home from work and all her trees were laying in her back yard! We got an advertisement in the mail saying Benjamin Indy Tree Services would be in the area soon,…read moreso we decided to get a quote for the dead oak in our backyard. Our property is in the woods, and it is unique because it goes up against a ravine, so bucket trucks can't really access the trees in the back. We had three other quotes from different local companies; all of them were really expensive, and scheduling was a pain (1-2 months out, cancellations with rain, etc.). Benjamin had a little trouble finding the property for the quote, but that's because we built the house recently and GPS isn't always cooperative. I had to call the company to see where he was at. The woman who answered the phone for the company was always kind and understanding. The man who did the quote was the company owner. He was willing to work with us on the price, and he said he could get it taken care of the following week (wow, no 1-2 month wait!). We decided to go ahead and schedule the tree removal. While the company did show up at 8 instead of the 12-4 window we were given, this wasn't a big deal (we told them we were going to be home anyway). They did an amazing job taking down the tree and were done within an hour. Very professional group. They had to take the tree down in sections but were very careful, and they were thoughtful about the property (minimal damage of other trees, despite it being a giant oak going down). Overall, we are really impressed with the work. When we need a tree taken down again (we live in the woods, so we definitely will), we will call them first. Highly recommended.
