The crew caught each branch before it reached the ground and didn't harm a single plant! In the back, a giant river birch was growing onto the roof. River birches are not easy to climb, but Kyle was able to climb it and completely eliminate the problem. The trees look good, nicely shaped. The limbs overhanging the house, street, and utility wires are gone. Clean up went well. They even gave us several wheelbarrows of clippings to spread in the yard. They were able to work around our schedule. The guys doing the removal were great. Took everything down and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work. Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you'd never know they had been there. The crew returned in the afternoon and completed work quickly. Though they were the most affordable, there were a couple things that I wasn't happy about. The tree I had removed was close to my home, and was in the process of dying (already had limbs falling). While cutting it down, one of the limbs they cut hit the front side of home. Luckily, there was no damage caused that I know of- though the gutter was scratched and I'm sure the roof was scuffed. Secondly, they dropped large parts of the tree onto my concrete- this was a heavy tree so fortunate that the concrete wasn't damaged. A pro was they took time to cut out a section of the base of the tree so that I could preserve it- went above and beyond what was expected for the service. Though they were the most affordable, I did have a couple close calls where my property could have been damaged. Will most likely go with a different company next time.
