The owner Mark came by soon afterwards and offered to replace the spruce they had accidentally cut down, as well as do some free trimming & removal work on my remaining trees to make up for the mistake. THEY HAVE SINCE IGNORED MY CALLS and haven't done anything to fix my missing tree - which I usually decorate for Christmas...until now since it's a stump! These morons literally cut down my favorite tree, and are now ghosting me!
