They were able to work around our schedule. The guys doing the removal were great. Took everything down and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work. Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service. The crew was conscientious about our yard, the surrounding neighbors, and traffic on our narrow Irvington side street. The crew obviously knew what they were doing. Their organization showed. The trees look good, nicely shaped. The limbs overhanging the house, street, and utility wires are gone. Clean up went well. They even gave us several wheelbarrows of clippings to spread in the yard. We had the large black walnut tree in our front yard trimmed - the project took them around two hours and four (?) guys on hand. I was impressed with how careful they were with trimming each branch and making certain nothing hit the home through the process despite the branches growing right up against and over the house. I was also impressed by how friendly their crew was and the attention to details (they moved all of my pots from the porch and not a black walnut was to be found after they were finished). Five stars alone for being so diligent about cleaning up the post trimming mess and dozens upon dozens of black walnuts. In summary: highly recommend.
