The crew returned in the afternoon and completed work quickly. Though they were the most affordable, there were a couple things that I wasn't happy about. The tree I had removed was close to my home, and was in the process of dying (already had limbs falling). While cutting it down, one of the limbs they cut hit the front side of home. Luckily, there was no damage caused that I know of- though the gutter was scratched and I'm sure the roof was scuffed. Secondly, they dropped large parts of the tree onto my concrete- this was a heavy tree so fortunate that the concrete wasn't damaged. A pro was they took time to cut out a section of the base of the tree so that I could preserve it- went above and beyond what was expected for the service. Though they were the most affordable, I did have a couple close calls where my property could have been damaged. Will most likely go with a different company next time.

They had bucket trucks to use for the large branches over our house and to get to the top of the trees. They also climbed in our other trees to remove dead branches. We had the large black walnut tree in our front yard trimmed - the project took them around two hours and four (?) guys on hand. I was impressed with how careful they were with trimming each branch and making certain nothing hit the home through the process despite the branches growing right up against and over the house. I was also impressed by how friendly their crew was and the attention to details (they moved all of my pots from the porch and not a black walnut was to be found after they were finished). Five stars alone for being so diligent about cleaning up the post trimming mess and dozens upon dozens of black walnuts. In summary: highly recommend.
