I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them. Just note the owner and mower is a bit bucolic and is not a man of many words. He does what he says and that was good enough for me. I will have them as long as they will have me.

They simply didn't pay attention. Not only did they kill many plants but also fish in our backyard ornamental pond. Originally, they asked for a quote to replace our native plants but now refuse to call back or follow through. After speaking with the homeowner at the correct address we discovered that they still billed them! Terrible company, terrible customer service! I wish I could leave zero stars!

As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. His report isn't just a book filled with pictures, he takes the time to type out the issues & he doesn't just copy and paste. I am in the process of accumulating rental properties in the area, all of which were built in the 1940's. Going forward, I am trusting Jonathan with the due diligence for all of these properties.
